Idyllic Holiday Properties es una pequeña y amigable compañía de vacaciones que ofrece un servicio honesto y eficiente para nuestras propiedades de alquiler de propiedad privada situadas en lugares fantásticos en la Isla Anna Maria en la costa del Golfo de Florida. La isla tiene 7 millas de hermosa playa de arena blanca como el azúcar donde verá bucear pelícanos, jugar con delfines y correr ibis.

Tenemos 6 propiedades en la isla, incluida nuestra casa de playa, que, como su nombre indica, está situada justo en la playa con vista al océano, y nuestras 3 cabañas que están a solo 200 pies de la playa y tienen el beneficio de una piscina de forma libre con cascada

Todas nuestras propiedades están bellamente renovadas, cómodamente amuebladas y bien equipadas con todo lo que esperamos que necesite para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas.

The Starfish Cottage is the perfect location, cozy and well stocked. We loved being able to roll out of bed and on to the beach with ease. The pool was especially a highlight for our family. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again when we visit family.

The cottage was comfortable and you couldn’t beat the location. Everything we wanted from the beach, to good food and shopping was just a short walk from the cottage. We will be back!!

Wonderful AMI stay

Starfish cottage has it all with a great price point! The location can’t be beat, just a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach at Bean Point. Right down the road is North Shore Coffee and access to the main thoroughfare of the island with shops and restaurants. The cottage was the perfect size for my family of four. One king room and one twin room was just what we needed. The access to the pool meant we could be in the water all day. There was plenty of beach items available as well, a wagon, boogie board, sand toys etc. Kitchen had everything we needed and we even had a welcome bottle of wine and snacks, not expected but a great touch. My only critiques for the property would be the water pressure in the primary bathroom was very low and we couldn’t get the water warm but the main bath was perfect. Additionally the shower curtains could be refreshed/replaced. If you’re coming to AMI you should absolutely stay here, I know me and my family will be back again soon!

Super cute cottage for family of 4

We really enjoyed our stay at the starfish cottage! It is the perfect size for a family of 4. We were soooo close to the beach, shops, you name it! We rented bikes and a golf cart just for entertainment but could have easily walked anywhere we wanted to go. We had groceries delivered and cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen! We don't care much for long lines and waiting to eat out so we were thrilled that the kitchen had everything we needed to make yummy meals. THANKS so much for your amazing hospitality! We will be back:)

Cottage feel at the beach!

We loved everything about starfish cottage. The backyard pool, proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Clean and quiet with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Master bed was a little outdated. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Tropical Paradise

Incredible vacation, even with Tropical Storm Debby. Property manager, Sharon was in constant contact with us to make sure we were safe. All you need to stay in this delightful cottage is a toothbrush, toothpaste, swimsuit and sunscreen! Will be back!

A lovely cottage, and a great location. The pool and access to the beach was perfect. The actual cottage was even nicer than the photos and listing. The host was easily accessed and she quickly responded to questions and needs. We highly recommend.

Good but not great

The location was amazing!!! About 50 steps to the beach. The house was as described but there were a few things we were disappointed in. 1) the master bath was so small the door wouldn’t even open all the way it would hit the toilet. Also, the water pressure in that shower was not good. 2) the cookware in the kitchen, wasn’t the best in the stove was hard to regulate 3) there were not any trash bags at the property so I had to purchase some 4) ants! Ants were everywhere in the dining room and in the kitchen area. 5) need better beach chairs. The few that were there are rusted All in all was a great place to stay in the above items wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Beautiful getaway

The home was beautiful and well maintained. It was decorated nicely and was very clean. It met all our needs. The pool was outstanding with the umbrella tables and lounge chairs. The private beach just a short distance away was amazing with beautiful sunsets. We definitely would come back and stay here!!

Great Location

The cottage was perfect for my family of 4. My young kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The location was perfect for everything we needed. The kitchen was also well stocked so we could eat in with ease. We’ll be back!

Holiday vacation at starfish cottage

My family enjoyed our holiday celebration vacation at the starfish cottage. We enjoyed the wonderful location on Anna Maria, the comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and the beautiful patio with heated pool. We were happy to be near many shops to pick up donuts and to get breakfast. The cottage is great for enjoying family dinners and it was so nice that the host supplied some water, snacks and a bottle of wine. We truly felt fortunate to find this wonderful spot and hope to return soon.

Perfect place in perfect location for perfect vacation

Having never been to Anna Maria Island, we chose the Starfish cottage because it looked like the right size for a family of 3 in a good location with a pool. As soon as we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. The 2 bedroom cottage was much bigger than we thought and was spotless upon arrival. The pool is very private which we really enjoyed. The best part was the location. We walked everywhere. The beach is only a few hundred yards down from the cottage and it was a perfect beach on Bean’s Point. Walking to Pine Ave, the city pier and the Rod and Reel pier was so nice. This was the perfect place for us for a perfect vacation. Thank you!

sweet sunny cottage near the tip of Anna Maria within walking to village and to Bean point. The beach at the end of our little street was glorious and not busy. Walked for miles on the beach. Rent bikes to see the island!
