Great safe neighborhood, space is truly top notch, and owner is very accommodating

We enjoyed the location, the house was really well designed by Mike. We stayed 4 nights, and enjoyed its conveniences. The porch front was lovey , and the backyard is an added bonus you just don’t find in many Airbnb’s. The grill , the deck, the Hottub! All were extras we didn’t expect and we will be back as this rental is a steal for the amount of amenities. Rent it now!

Comfortable setting

The neighbors are nice .Its comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The environment is very family oriented, and quiet. The only thing is you can’t stream on the tv. Overall a 5 out 5.

Clean and convenient

This home is located in a nice neighborhood convient to downtown Charlotte. It was very clean and conlmfortable. The host was very responsive to questions. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Christmas Break Get Away

Great location!!! Multiple restaurants and bars within a short walk in historic plaza neighborhood. 10 minutes from uptown. Day trips to Asheville, Chapel Hill and Durham all are possible. Even was able to complete a day trip to Charleston SC. Great for a couple’s getaway.

Good stay

Neat little place. Great location. The owner was super responsive and over the top helpful. Only downfall was that it is a duplex and you can hear evey single thing the neighbor is doing. Lots of loud music. Their unit is beside and above this one and even walking upstairs is loud. Didnt ruin our stay, but something to know ahead of time. 🙂

Cozy, Comfortable, Clean House in a Great Location

Check-in was a breeze; communication with the property manager was frequent, pro-active, timely, and responsive; the house is older but very comfortable and clean; the kitchen has been updated with new appliances and is very well stocked with a variety of coffees and teas; the location is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located and offers easy access to major streets and highways. All in all, this was a cozy little bungalow that was nice to come home to after our busy days in Charlotte.

Great Spot!

We had a fabulous stay from very clean, comfortable and equipped home, to the picture perfect street it's located on. Great places to sit down, or grab a quick bite/drink within walking distance. Would absolutely book again without hesitation.

We needed a quaint place to stay in Charlotte for the week and this was perfect. So many places to eat and go out that were within walking distance. We loved it and it was perfect!

Wonderful stay

This home is the perfect location when staying in Charlotte. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and felt very safe. It was also very easy to get an Uber to and from. The home was very clean with very comfortable beds. Would recommend to others.

Excellent location, but..

This townhouse is in a great part of Charlotte, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property manager Jessica is very responsive. However, the charm ends with the location. The property is dirty..not just a little dirty but extremely dirty. Smelled like mix of cigarettes and wet dog. While the property manager graciously let us leave after 1 night, (we were suppose to stay 5) and partially refunded us, beware if you book that the townhouse leaves a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department.

I apologize that our place did not meet your cleanliness standards. We always refund the guest to the best of our abilities when a valid issue like yours arises. A small portion of money could not be refunded because the hosting site takes their portion once the booking takes place. We appreciate you bringing these problems to our attention and we made sure everything has been resolved for future guests.

Cute, clean and convenient

We had a quick 2 night stay and the home was a three minute drive from our daughter's home in Charlotte. The home was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My husband enjoyed using the hot tub at the end of our day sight seeing outside in nearby downtown Charlotte etc. This is a duplex and a renter lives in the connected side of the home, just as an FYI for those who may care. We weren't there enough for it to matter but to some people it may. The kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee pot was appreciated - I didn't notice until it was almost time to go that there is a refillable Keurig pod and ground coffee there - I would have used that instead of the Keurig filled pods that were also supplied. Cute, clean and convenient!

This place was a no brain steal! Bakeries, delicious restaurants, bars with an artsy feel all within walking distance. I couldn't say no. In order to not be greedy I want to share the culture of this area with AirBNB vacationers. It is too perfect of a spot to keep to myself!
