This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Ladies weekend

My friends and I had a really great time on our weekend girls trip. The room was spacious for us, and the large balcony was really nice. The views were really pretty from the kitchen window. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

My family stayed here just for a couple days but we had a great time. It was very relaxing. The laundry area is not on the same floor which was a hassle. But overall we had a great stay.

Nice place for the price

I booked in January. The prices was great for the place. Place is clean with lots of sleeping. Balcony view was amazing with both sunrise and sunset views. My only complaint is the remotes didn’t work for the tvs and the elevators had only one working on my side. Great value for a stay!

Family vacation

I came down to celebrate my 6 yr old daughter birthday and we enjoyed ourselves! The staffs are very friendly! The kids loved the pool! I really loved my ocean view! The only problem I had was ants in my kitchen but once they brought bug spray up I didn't see anymore, coffee pot was rusty. Also as I was checking out I saw a big water bug in my room. I think they should just update the place but overall it was a nice vacation.

Our stay

Our stay was nice. However, some of the staff is rude. Also, the rooms really need to be renovated. The carpet is gross. The room itself needs to be cleaned better. Lots of dust still on baseboards, top of fridge, and behind pull out bed. Really just needs to have a good remodel and cleaning.

For the price

Overall, this place was nice , However, the heated pool was cold because the doors leading outside were broken and the cold air was blowing in. The lazy river was nice except for the fact that there were those drinking and leaving their children unattended. Also, the room we stayed in need to be cleaned but housekeeping was nowhere to be found. We had to purchase our own toilet paper and each time we went to ask for clean towels, we were told that the laundry service had not delivered any yet. We ended up purchasing some towels from the local dollar store. However, for the price, what should we have expected.

Not impressed

There was a one to two inch gap under the front door that we had to get a towel from the front desk so cold air wouldn't continue to blow in. There was only one elevator working, daily I had to get our card keys reprogrammed. Bathroom floors and bathtub were sticky. Couple of the chairs were wobbly and fixing to fall apart. Carpet was coming up and the A/c heating unit in the bedroom wasn't properly sealed so the heater ran constantly so it was ridiculously hot unless you turned it off. So had to have it off and then of course that meant no heat in a room when it was below freezing at night.

Nous avons aimé la localisation et la vue. Toutefois, les équipements n'étaient pas au rendez-vous : frigo et four défectueux, filtre du ventilateur bloqué, télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionne pas, poubelle sans couvercle, lavabo sans crépine ni bouchon, tapis sale. Une petite table sur le balcon serait appréciée.

Great Stay

This is my 2nd time staying at Patricia Grand. Everyone is nice and helpful. Close to everything. Only negative is that our unit was out dated and tub/shower very old.

Pretty Decent .....

My family & I (party of 5) had a pretty decent stay and vacation from 08/15-08/19. We had plenty of space considering the room could actually hold up to 8 people. I only suggest a more comfortable mattress for the sofa bed, as my son said he could feel the springs and decided to just sleep on the couch, but then just chose to sleep with me in the bed. Under the sofa bed mattress was pretty dirty with old crud, a tooth pick & what looked like a little old food debris, which is obviously from past guest maybe eating on the couch. The bathroom sinks water pressure was very low and the sink stopper was broken. I also recommend getting a bigger pot to add to the kitchen for larger families who love to cook, me being one of them. I did ask housekeeping to clean the tub when we arrived because it didn't seem as clean to me, which they came right away. My complaints are minor, but overall, my kids, my mom, & I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beautiful beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and city. I certainly appreciated the discounts I was able to utilize for mini golf & go-karting. Unfortunately we couldn't utilize the free passes to the water park because of the rain. My kids loved the hotel indoor lazy river. I loved the jacuzzi & the bar at the outdoor pool. Definitely a nice vibe!! My Mango Margarita was absolutely delicious. I do recommend this hotel, as it has great amenities, front desk staff were friendly & accommodating, beautiful views, & spacious comfortable rooms with a kitchen which is most important to me on a vacation. I'd definitely stay again!!

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids. It was a wonderful get away! We parked and walked to dinner and 2 beach shops. The staff was friendly and everything was wonderful!

This place has potential if it was kept up, but it's not, the bathtub had a disgusting bath mat, that was tape down, so it would not come up. I really wanted to love this place, just do some some minor maintenance and maybe you could generate or get my business, but as of know, you want to charge high dollar prices for a motel 6 room and no I did not bath in your shower 🤮😷

Room was fine, but I was told when I booked the room by phone that complimentary breakfast was included. Upon arrival they said it was not included. I pulled up the web page and it also said paid breakfast. Well the girl at the front desk told me “ oh no! That means you pay for it” paid breakfast doesn’t mean I pay for it ! I feel I was lied to and do not appreciate that at all.

Very satisfied stay

Booking was just as listed, great price and location. Only down side I experienced while there was the water pressure in the shower was very low. Overall very satisfied with the whole booking and property. Would definitely rebook and recommend!
