Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This condo is located near Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Ripken Experience, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Coastal Carolina University, Market Common and much much more!

Comfortably sleeps 4 (One king bed in master bedroom and one pull out sofa in living room). Sheets and towels (6 towels / 6 wash clothes) provided. Washer/Dryer available in condo for your use!

This condo was perfect for our trip. It was in a great location close to everything. It was clean, quiet and exactly as described in the listing. I found the bed to be comfortable and there was nothing missing that we needed for our stay. Great communication with easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend this rental.

We unfortunately didn’t get to truly enjoy this property or Myrtle beach due to my husband becoming ill at the start of our trip. I had reached out to the owners to explain the situation, I was hoping they would be willing to adjust our stay and possibly re-rent the unit with the hopes of getting back a portion of the payment. The response was if we had purchased the travel insurance to contact VRBO. We sadly did not purchase the insurance which I mentioned and had never heard anything back. Really disappointed with the lack of response.

Unexpected illness during a trip is precisely the type of situation for which travel insurance is offered at the time of booking. While we sympathize with your circumstances, we are unable to provide refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy for events that are beyond our control. We encourage guests to consider travel insurance to help protect against unforeseen circumstances that may interrupt their travel plans. We are a very active family and enjoy everything outdoors. We love having the opportunity to provide an affordable home away from home for those who choose Myrtle Beach as their travel destination.
