The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

The key codes aren't bad to the room door. My daughter and I felt safe here. The resort isn't luxurious, but we spent most of the time at pool and beach. Furology inside resort was awesome with recommendations for our pup! Definitely will be back!

I went for R&R that is what I got. The only problem with this property is room accessibility that 10 digit code it was like trying to break into your own room with multiple temps. Call for help nobody showed up WOW!!..notice we were not the only ones.

Wonderful beach access

Property was amazing, close to shops and the beach! We loved the front desk people and were very pleased with our room. The pillows could use an update, but other than that very pleased.

Great stay

Prize was amazing for last minute trip . Check in process was super easy , they had everything ready when I got there . They said check in was at 4 but my room was ready by 1 .

Great stay

This was my first time staying at Ocean Park Resort and I have to say that is was great. Our room was clean, very clean actually. the beds were super comfy, air worked great, kitchen was clean and had the supplies I needed. The pools and hot tubs were clean. The front desk employees were nice and helpful when I had questions. The house cleaners were great too, every single employee has a smile when approached. I will definitely be staying here again

My sister and I had 4 wonderful nights here. It was very relaxing. Our room was clean and so comfortable. Above and beyond our expectations! Loved our balcony and our beautiful view! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Can't wait until our next visit!!!

The area has some old run down properties. Im paying for the view and time on the beach. The water and beach was great. Only one elevator you had to wait for. We were on the 9th floor.

Short Stay

Quick check in so went well. The view was great! Room was decent for a short stay. It’s a basic room. Property is kept clean. There were staff around doing different things. They didn’t say hello or intersect. However if asked a question they were friendly. The daily food flyers/coupons through the door is a bit much.

Staff were friendly. Online staff very responsive and helpful. Room was disappointing. It was dated. Front door had dents and dog scratch marks. Microwave had a broken part. Several kitchen cabinets were loose or bent. Bathroom sink was ugly. Just a piece of raw wood under the sink and vanity. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Appliances and TV worked fine.

Interesting place. Code crazy

Much like this review from Matthew in June 2024: The location is great. The room was functional but nothing more. The staff seemed very involved with their own things and never once said hello or asked how we were. The elevators- make sure you are patient, they’re SO slow and only 2 for 12 floors. Lastly- the room access is a ten digit code. There’s no way around this. It is ridiculous and difficult to gain access to the room. All the codes is annoying, if you forgot your phone that you keep the code pic in then you gotta run to the front desk. The code the desk wrote on a post it at check in didn’t even work, was the code I was sent by text that worked. The last night we entered the stupid thing 5 times because if you mess a number up you start all over. Code on pool door, front door after 10 although they supposedly staff it all night, your room door, 1st floor bathroom has a code too. Elevators as stated were slow or skipped floors they did move once in them but took a long time to reach you. The smoking policy was not enforced as could smell weed and smoke on the floors. Funny to be given a gift box with a sponge, detergent and 2 things for the non existent dishwasher. Location was great right on the beach and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The booze popsicle truck that parked next door with its music all day was annoying though

The front desk staff was very hospitable and courteous when my wife and I checked in.. we did have a few issues.. the unit was lovely, smelled great, beds very comfortable, toiletries & kitchen was stocked with essentials, but we did have issues with lots of dog hair on all of the floors, also in the refrigerator, and on countertops ( bathroom & kitchen ).. also I went to the store to purchase roach spray because we had several roaches from the beginning of our stay on 9/29/22, to the end of our stay on 10/3/22.. I also reported a repair issue to vacasa about the freezer door not staying completely closed, but no one came to repair it, but they definitely came to check for leaks after the hurricane ✌🏽🤦🏾and oh that last part, my wife had just gotten out of the shower, and someone tried to open our room door!! Didn't knock, just unlocked the door and tried to push it open, thank goodness I had the latch on the door!! I spoke with front desk about it, and they said that it wasn't housekeeping or maintenance and it must've been the restoration company that was there to clean water damage from rooms!! Sooo unprofessional on all levels!!! Highly pissed us off🤬my wife usually books our hotel stays, and we've NEVER had issues with vacasa before, but this one took me for a loop🤦🏾🤦🏾

Disappointed.

So it started out great, until I found a roach ( thought okay just one not bad) then, I found a second one and third one. I was like, okay ewe but I'll manage, but told the lady at front desk and she sent someone to spray the room, but then the next day we found a fourth roach. And now I'm just a little concerned. But what can I do? So then, I realize my remote to my tv didn't work, my phone to call the front didn't work as well. I was just over it. I stayed because I paid all this money, but just very disappointed is all. I feel like I couldn't fully enjoy my room.

So comfortable

We started our vacation at a completely different location that ended in a very upset disappointment. So after our heartbreak I was trying to find somewhere that was able to accommodate us and have what we were looking for. The Ocean Park Resort had that and then some! I was able to reserve the room on the way there. We arrived and got checked in, then to our very comfortable room on the beach, and a fantastic bed. The next day we took full advantage of all of the pools and the hot tub! The staff is beyond great and helpful. Needless to say we will be back. Thank you for making our vacation great!
