All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Very Inconvenient

What I did NOT love or like for that matter was the fact that not only do you have to either memorize a 9 digit number or write it down and then have at hand EVERY time you leave your room to re-enter but then you also have to have on hand or memorize another code just for public access back into the building from the pool and beach area during the day! This is very inconvenient when you have your hands full of beach gear or groceries!!!!

Doggy's welcome!!

Ocean front view. Convenience to all things. Dogs allowed even on the beach! I didn't bring my dog but I like that I can!! Neighbors were loud until way late but I guess that goes with the territory...

Dogs and elevator

I knew it was pet friendly but wow I did not expect to be surrounded by dogs the whole time. It was too much for me and I won’t stay there again. The dogs in the room next to me were constantly barking. The elevator was really slow and hot. It at least needs a fan in there. A couple times I was feeling faint from the heat while waiting to get to the bottom

Roach Galore. Unprofessional

My most recent stay was horrid. There were roaches everywhere. The room had dirty floors, counters and dishes. I told the staff about my room and they said they would send someone to spray in my room. I told her I did not want anyone in my room when I was not there. I also found iut they spray bleach for roaches. What exactly do they think that is going to do? I also couldn’t have my balcont door open, because the smell of weed was breathtaking. This “Resort “ has absolutely no care in the world about their customers exper.

Weekend getaway!

We loved the view and the staff was all very attentive and professional. Tiffany even helped my mom find her swimsuit top that flew off the balcony. Next time we will bring the dogs! Only downfall was some noise at night from the air conditioning ducts I assume. Place just needs a little facelift, but otherwise an excellent place!

Wonderful view, property needs renovating

The view of the ocean right outside our balcony was the highlight of our stay! Unfortunately, the whole building needs some updating very badly. The pictures on the website made the structure look new & modern, but upon arrival I was very surprised to find everything was very dated & in major need of an overhaul. The plus side was the property was very clean. Our room even smelled like pine sol! The room was quaint & comfortable, just big enough for 2 people. The TV was tiny & the balcony furniture was basic plastic white chairs. Having a full kitchen was nice. The shower water pressure was good, although the tub was very narrow. Beds were comfy. Our air conditioner leaked onto the floor but it put out good air. Every staff member was super friendly! Obviously, the star of the stay was the ocean view. I got what I paid for, but I think next time I'll pay a little more for a roomier updated condo.

Convenient parking, beach front location

The room was very basic and outdated but clean enough with some extra items you wouldn’t find in a hotel room. We needed a pet friendly place to stay. The number of dogs in the building might have outnumbered the humans but they were behaved for the most part and the noise was minimal. Right on the beach but not a very close walk to anything else. Very friendly staff.

Nice Room, Great View, Fantastic Staff!

If you're looking for pet friendly lodging at Myrtle Beach, stop! Ocean Park is a great option! Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; the outside hot tub is amazing, even in colder weather. The staff is friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Best thing, at least for us is that most of the guests are around the same age as we are, so striking up conversations while relaxing in the hot tub is easy. You will be glad you stayed here!

Grand baby's first ocean trip
