Easy Mountain - Mt Crested Butte

Nice, clean one-bedroom one-bathroom condo perfect for the couple's getaway. Conveniently located within walking distance from the West Wall lift. Spend your days on the slopes or exploring the beautiful mountains that surround you. Come in at night ready to relax by the fire. You will need to get your own firewood for inside the condo. The elevator makes it easy for your tired legs and arms. You can sit and relax by the gas fireplace in the lobby while you wait for your friends or the shuttle to come.

There is a fireplace inside that you can use. You will need to buy your own wood. (This is a condo complex with neighbors close; above, beside, and below you. Quiet hours are much appreciated and while everyone tries to observe this when small children are vacationing they can't always be quiet.)
Onsite, uncovered parking available, limited to 2 cars per unit. If 6" of snow or more accumulates, the tenant must move vehicles to an already plowed area to allow for snow removal of that space.

Excellent location - great stay at Crested Butte

I recently had the pleasure to stay here and we really enjoyed our time. The location is excellent for mountain access and the unit is well maintained and very clean. Responsiveness of owner is really good as well. Highly recommend, thanks for having us Jenny!

Location, location, location

The property is exactly as advertised. The location is great - right across the street from the bus stop. The bus will take you to Mountaineer Square (ski lifts) and into downtown. Super convenient for everything you need. Loved the location.

We love this condo. It was perfect for me and my husband. So easy and quiet. The shuttle picked us up right in front of condo. We will definitely book again when skiing in CB.

Small but great!

This condo is located conveniently in Mt. Crested Butte with easy parking. While small, it has everything - an entrance area to drop coats and footwear, good kitchen, eating area, living room, bedroom, deck, and modern bathroom. I would have liked if there were USB charging options.

Perfect for us

We had a great time. The property was clean and the description was accurate. Very easy to contact someone when we needed something. We made good use of the hot tub and had no noise issues, although it was during a slow week. We were sad we couldn't use the fireplace (as of 1/12/23 they still haven't been inspected for this season so they can't be used), but otherwise everything was perfect. The location description was accurate...you do have to walk to the lifts a bit, but I'd say about 3 minutes which was just fine for us. We would stay again!

Great location

So I'm going to start with the bad of this place. The cleanliness was definitely subpar. Our shower was backed up with so much hair in it and it was simply disgusting. In addition to that, under and around the sofa was trash. Now to the better things. The location of this property is absolutely amazing and it is a simple several minute walk to the ski slopes. In addition to this, the inside of the place is so cute and cozy that you will love your stay here. In addition to all this, i had called and asked if they do have EV charging at this location and they were not sure if they did or didn't. Low and behold they do so. If you have an EV and you come and stay here, know that you'll be able to charge at low voltage but at least you have something and likely like myself. You won't be taking your car out that often anyway.

Summer Getaway

It was "OK"

1st and foremost, there is absolutely no noise insulation from your neighbors above. We could hear actual normal volume conversations above our heads. Not good. And when their toddler was playing, it was much like being on the playground. I called Jenny and we had a nice conversation about the above problem and the fact that housekeeping did not clean the dog licks...or whatever from the sliding glass door to the deck. Or the smears off of the microwave. Otherwise all was clean. Jenny agreed that the description of the unit needed updating to include the noise problem. They seem to associate the noise with the "capped chimney" in the description. Why... I don't know. The two have nothing to do with one another. You will not the neighbors have their decks stacked with firewood. The furnishings were nice and it was a cozy unit for my wife and me. There is NO washer/dryer in the room. Should be in the description. The walk from the unit to the slopes is about 250 yards uphill. You have to go down a snowy path out the back of the units to the road, up the road and through another property. We did it every day. It was a short walk but if you are not fit, be cautious. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are better units/value out there. If the noise problem was fixed, or if Jenny had bothered to offer a percentage off of the cost of our stay I would give this place 4 stars. But she did not, and this rating I have given is very fair.

Awesome place!

This property was perfect for our family of four. We have a disabled child so finding an accessible place is often hard, but this one did not disappoint. The property was a short walk to the lifts and close to town. We had no problems with parking or elevators. The layout was great and they supplied a foam mattress for the sofa bed. We ended up using on the floor and it was comfy. The property had everything we needed. A bonus laundry room right next door was great for a family with kids. The owner was very nice and understanding, great place to stay!
