¡Fantástico condominio junto a la pista con vista al área base!

Completamente remodelado con impresionantes vistas y una ubicación de ski-in / ski-out hacen de este condominio en Columbine una opción fantástica para sus próximas vacaciones en Crested Butte.  Con techos abovedados, una chimenea a leña y ventanas panorámicas con vistas al complejo, no hay nada mejor. 
Ingrese a este fantástico condominio y quítese los zapatos, es hora de comenzar sus vacaciones.  En el nivel principal, encontrará un plano de planta de concepto abierto que consiste en una fantástica cocina con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.  ¡El concepto de comer en significa que las segundas porciones no están muy lejos! La sala de estar tiene techos abovedados y ventanas panorámicas para disfrutar de las excelentes vistas.  Acomódese hasta la chimenea de leña o vea un partido en el televisor de gran tamaño.  ¡Eso es, por supuesto, después de un gran día en las pistas o cualquiera de las actividades al aire libre que hace que Crested Butte sea tan genial!
También en el nivel principal se encuentran la suite principal con cama king size y baño en suite.  Hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales en el pasillo y un baño completo también.  Arriba encontrará una habitación de matrimonio con techos abovedados y fabulosas vistas debido a la distribución del loft. También hay un baño en suite para esta habitación y mucho espacio para relajarse.  Justo en la montaña para practicar senderismo, esquiar en esquí para actividades de invierno y el servicio de transporte gratuito se detiene al final del edificio, ya no es más conveniente. ¡Reserve su pedazo de paraíso hoy en Columbine 1203!

Family ski vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of 6! We were able to ski in and out daily which was such a perk. If we come back to Crested Butte we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Crested Butte and the location could not have been better. The ease of walking out your front door and putting your skis on made this this trip amazing. Highly recommend!

Best stay yet in CB

We’ve now spent three summer vacations in CB and this is our favorite stay yet. It’s the perfect combination of close to it all and yet peaceful and removed. We loved loved loved the location. Access to base camp is a must for our young family, but we so enjoyed quiet nights in the hot tub, enjoying a nice glass of wine and watching the sun set. Thank you for sharing your place with us! Will be staying here again next time! Hopefully for ski season!

True Ski-in/Ski-out location

This condo was spacious with 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. Top level is a large loft with very narrow spiral stairs but not an issue for us. Beds were comfortable. It is high on the mountain so a true ski-in/ski-out location. It is perfect for those in your group that ski. You walk from the condo door down the outside hall (covered) and basically put on your skis to ski down to the ski lift. If you want to walk to the base, it is a little more challenging. You will have to walk down the ski path in snow boots or catch the shuttle that only runs once an hour during the week. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Just need to bring extra kitchen hand towels or use paper towels. There was only 1 hand towel. Washer and dryer is through a door next door to this condo. It is $2 per load to wash and $.25/15 minutes to dry so remember lots of quarters. Area was quiet since the 2 condo buildings are the only thing at this point of the mountain. We had lots of snow but they were always clearing the parking area and walking areas. Lots of people enjoyed the hot tub. Management company sends a link to an app before you arrive with lots of information about what supplies are provided, etc. Grab all your groceries before arriving as there is only a small market there. Restaurants will be packed during spring break. The strip of shops are cute to walk through in town. We drove since you need to catch the shuttle from the condo to the ski base then another into town. This is a great condo for skiers!

Great location, lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is wonderful, close to the base. Would book again. *Advice - bring LOTS of quarters if you plan to do any laundry! Takes 12 quarters each time for a load of wash + dry! Went thru that extremely fast! And wasn't very easy to find a lot of quarters in town...need a change machine in the laundry room.

Crested Butte Trip January 21-24, 2023

Everything was great. Great condo, awesome location ski/board in/out. Great views of the mountain. My first time in Crested Butte, my nephews, cousins, and I enjoyed CB so much. Thank you for having us and making our rental experience easy as possible!!!

1st time to Crested Butte

This is a great property. I don't know if I would classify this as ski in/ski out property. I had to walk through about 2- 2 1/2 feet of powder to reach a groomed slope and the slope was very steep to ski back to the condo complex. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The shuttle only runs one time an hour, which if you don't time things right you wait.

Beautiful Setting for Your Getaway

We’ve been to Crested Butte many times, both as owners and as renters. This condo provided comfort and a wonderful view. Great proximity to chairlift. Enjoyed hot tub and grill. Only suggestion is to provide more dish towels!

Great Vacation Spot

Did spring break with wife and 2 kids (5 and 9). Unit is well equipped and comfortable. Ski in/out location is ideal. Hot tub was great, and Crested Butte is a fun mountain and town. Management and owner were responsive, organized and pleasant to deal with throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great location and views

We enjoyed our stay at Columbine. The property was clean, nicely decorated, had great views and was right next to the slopes. There is no laundry in the unit but the laundry room is right next door and the host graciously left quarters for the machine. There is also firewood outside for the wood stove. It was a great trip and we would definitely come back. JB

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and perfect location for the family to ski in and out of. Plenty of parking and a bonus was all the firewood stacked right outside our door. Was very quiet and didn't hear the neighbors. Would definitely stay again...

Great location in Mt. Crested Butte! Views, views, and more views!

The property was nice but a bit dated. Pictures made the place seem larger than it is. Extremely clean! Building was a bit funky with the code being placed on the upstairs door, instead of both doors. Including having to go downstairs on a small circular staircase (only staircase to loft area) to unlock what we would call the main entrance door. You could not bring luggage down those stairs. Too tight and dangerous. View was very nice of the mountains and village below, including Crested Butte itself. Staff member Bobby, was terrific when he came over to get the TV started. Very friendly and courteous. Other members of the staff were nice as well. We enjoyed our stay. We were there for my son's wedding at the Cement Creek Ranch! Amazing views. The people, everywhere we went, were very friendly and accommodating. The town of Crested Butte is a very friendly place. Making us want to come back. Smiles all around! Love the speed limit restrictions of 10-15 miles an hour in the town limits. Plenty of places to shop, eat, hike, bike, relax or whatever you want to do, or just hang out in CB and the surrounding towns! Great place for a vacation, anytime of year. Make sure to acclimate for the altitude. Our rental was at about 9500 feet!! Enjoy! You will not be disappointed in CB!

Rainbow Views

Entitled due to the brightest double rainbow I've ever seen, right out the large windows of the condo. This is a well-equipped, modern condo perfectly located for skiing, mountain biking and hiking. If there's one little flaw it's a lack of sharp knives, but that's all.

Beautiful views

This property worked out really well for three couples attending a wedding. The views are incredible. It was nice to all have our own bathrooms. My only suggestion is that it is in need of a good "culling" of items -- the cabinets are stuffed full of dishes to the point there was nowhere to put our food. No one needs an entire drawer of knives -- a half dozen good sharp ones would be great. Similarly, the closets had a lot of stuff in them so that it was hard to hang our wedding clothes. But really it was just a great property and we made a lot of good memories there.

Quiet & Well Stocked!

My husband and I, along with our 17 year old son, were very comfortable in this space - lots of room and a bathroom for everyone! It was summer, so being located above the base was a nice quiet spot. I enjoyed the seating area w/hot tub that overlooks the mountain. And I've never stayed in a condo that was so well-stocked!!
