Would not recommend

This property is disgusting. I should’ve listened to the reviews I read from two years ago stating your feet will be black from walking on the floors. There was old food/pizza cheese on the stove from previous people staying. We found a fork in the drawer ready to be used that looked like someone just ate spaghetti with it and placed it back in the drawer. The property manager was really rude. There was not enough toilet paper to last us at all. If I could post the pictures of all the evidence I would. Crazy I had to pay a cleaning fee with it being so filthy. And this property is so worried about if 1 extra person was staying then making sure their property was kept up. Make if you do stay to not say anything crazy outside of the door because they are really watching you on their ring camera.

Great stay with a few hiccups

Our main focus for vacation was the beach, and the ocean could not have been more beautiful during our stay. Stunning! The beachfront chairs were a great bonus. I also loved that the walk from condo to beach was short, and you could bypass the pool. The condo was very clean and nice, and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen tools left something to be desired (the coffeemaker, plates and cookware weren't in great shape), but we had what we needed to fix meals, etc. The elevators ran quickly, which can often be a terrible problem in high-rise condos. My main complaint was the pool area. The large pool and splash pad were closed for repairs. We were not made aware of this. The small pool was supposed to be heated, but it was not. And it had a tiny deck with only 10 chairs, for 25 floors of guests. If our group had just been adults, that wouldn't have been a big deal, but with a four year old, the pool was one of our main hangouts and left much to be desired. If all the pool areas were open (which is why I selected this condo), I think it would've been great. The condo was in the middle of all the PCB action and traffic, and lots within walking distance. If that's your style, it's a great location.

End of Summer Vacation

This condo is well-maintained with everything you need for a weeks vacation. It is centrally located so you can get to all the the best spots in town for dinner and shopping. We had an excellent trip and would definitely rent this condo again.

Don’t waste your money!

This was the dirtiest condominium we have rented. The second that your feet hit the tile floors they are black. For the amount of money we paid for the place it most certainly should not turn your feet filthy black! The light over the toilet was hanging half off, the shower head was covered with green lime and the toilet had a constant drip. All of this in the master bathroom. Vents had mold in them. The air in the front two bedrooms did not work and we had to buy fans to put in them. The second bathroom the toilet seat was almost off the tub needed to be replaced.. When we tried to contact the renters the only person that responded was not even the person who owned it. This is why I would say to spend your hard earned money elsewhere. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
