We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our main balcony. Our mother in law suite balcony seemed to be cemented shut so we were unable to use that balcony. We spent a lot of time relaxing and watching for dolphins. The sunsets were also amazing!

Property was great and spacious, with great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with more than just the basics allowing for ease of cooking and serving for a large group. The condo was clean, large balcony with a great view, and well furnished.

The condo does not match the pics of the condo in the listing. It is suppose to be a luxury condo, but it looks horrible with brownish, worn out furniture. An ice maker is listed in the amenities, but the freezer in the refrigerator doesn’t have one. The owner has left piles of stuff in all 3 closets of the bedrooms. The renters don’t have enough room for their things. One closet has 2 chairs, several paint cans, lamps and even a 5 gallon bucket of sheet rock mud/plaster. All the old junk in closets have a musky smell. The balcony has more furniture than what is in the pics. You barely have room to move. If you are sitting in the den, you can’t see the ocean through all the balcony furniture. The 3 bedrooms have issues with their outlets. The top plug of each outlet can’t be used. Don’t rent this condo if you are going by the pictures or amenities. I’m upset that Vrbo is still letting the host, Blue Swell, post this condo to rent. It has inaccurate pictures and amenities. It is very unfair to people renting it. It is purely fraud by Vrbo and Blue Swell. DO NOT STAY HERE! Vrbo and able Swell don’t care if it is inaccurate either the pics and listing. It is definitely not a luxury condo, but you will pay a luxury price.

While the furniture in the condo does not match the listing photos exactly, the majority of the furnishings shown remain in the unit and have primarily been updated with different slipcovers. The seating capacity, bedding arrangements, and overall layout remain consistent with what is advertised. That said, we understand how important accurate photos are when selecting a vacation rental, and based on your feedback, we are actively working to update the listing photos to better reflect the unit's current appearance. We also appreciate your comments regarding the closet storage and balcony furnishings. We will review these concerns with the property owner to determine whether improvements can be made for future guests. While we respectfully disagree with the characterization that we intentionally misrepresent our properties, we understand your frustration and regret that the condo did not provide the experience you anticipated. We strive to provide accurate property information and a positive guest experience, and we regret that this stay did not meet your expectations. Perfect Beach Condo for Our Girls' Trip!From the moment we walked in, we knew we'd picked the perfect spot! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every little thing we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and we loved sipping coffee on the balcony with those incredible ocean views.The place truly felt like our home away from home. We're already talking about making this our annual girls' trip spot. Highly, highly recommend!

Short Vacation

Beautiful 3 BR 3 BA. Each bedroom has a view of the beach and thermostat control. Very comfortable living room. 6 adults and all had a great sofa or chair. Very clean and maintained. I would rate our stay a 5 out of 5.Will stay here when we come back.

Property was great, not too crowded over spring break. This unit is beautiful and very spacious. Love having a view from every room, extra balcony, and extra kitchenette for 3rd bedroom. Nice appliances. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The facility was amazing. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pools were great if the beach gets to be too much.

Perfect size for the family. Place is in a great location and perfect condition for the family. It was clean and ready for us to stay when we arrived. Everyone at the facility was friendly and helpful and very polite. Would stay again. We all loved the placed.

Excellent - Party of Nine

The condo was just like the pictures. We had a party of nine and the condo fit everyone comfortably. Loved the large dining table for group meals and game time. The balcony furniture was comfortable to sit and relax after a long day at the beach. Been to Long Beach Resort many times this condo is one of my favorites now.
