This property is very close to the airport. It's a nice place to stay and just a quick 15 min drive to San Juan.The hammock was a nice touch. It is very local. There are stray cats and dogs and roosters early in the morning.

The overall ambiance is beautiful. As for the surrounding area, I’m not able to say much as I haven’t fully experienced it although, it makes one want to be somewhat cautious especially at Night.

Close to the airport, economical. Clean but old apartment. Safe in gated apartment, though limited parking on the street. Bed was comfortable enough though not great for two people. Could hear dogs barking and roosters crowing most of the night and being so near to the airport, planes flying close overhead. A decent place to be close to the airport and not have to pay hotel prices.

Not the Best

The apartment was not as described. Didn’t realize that the common space was shared with other people and the space wasn’t cleaned. The apartment itself had flickering lights and no water pressure in the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable and nowhere near big enough for two people. This place is good enough for one night and one night only.

Small place but clean

The apartment was hard to find on Google maps.. and the sign on the front door was missing so we weren't sure if it was the right apartment until we tried the key. The street in front of the apartment was crowded so we had to park a block and a half away which was fine the neighbors were friendly. The space was clean so that was great for me. This place doesn't have a stove but it does have a hot plate, microwave, sink, counter and a fridge. Didn't matter tho we weren't there for more than sleep and showering. There's a funky tile step that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. I hit the bottom of my foot in it a couple times which was a nuisance. I wouldn't recommend staying for anything other than a quick one nighter which is what we used it for...

Bottom line up front: Guest Beware. Pictures were very deceptive and perfectly angled so renter will not think it is substandard. Resembled old school flophouse that was freshly mopped after some um use. No sheets on the bed. Poor electric water heater. Very cramped. Limited and thin and not-clean-looking towels. Couldn't tell if it was less nasty to sleep in the bed or on the sofa (decided on bed since that had some plastic on the mattress). If we didn't arrive at 3am we would have gone somewhere else. Hard to communicate with host, could not get through and she didn't answer phone calls and gave cryptic texts on how to navigate lockbox to get into the actual property upstairs. Did not give location or instructions until we were close to check-in to the property so we couldn't plan, which was frustrating again because it was 3am when we got in from a delayed flight. Roosters calling beginning at 3:30 did not help any sleep. The trash trucks (this is Wed morning) at 4:30 did not help either. Sometimes it sounded like the roosters were battling the trash trucks. Not the place for rest after a long air trip. It definitely soured our first day and we will think twice before we do another property through this service because what looked OK was very much not OK at all.

El aire no trabaja bien estaba debil, no enfria lo suficiente aunque es para el cuarto, el baño la ducha no botaba suficiente agua estaba muy caliente, el control del television sin cover para las baterias, la sala muy caliente hace falta un abanico de techo, el olor del apartamento con olor a King Pine. El asiento de la sala se observa roto y hundido al sentarse.

Flying out early next morning needed a clean bed

It was fine for the money. Close to airport. Neighborhood a little sketchy, Neighbors right outside in sitting area talking etc at 3 AM..good thing we were getting up to leave. Shower worked enough to get clean , not hot. Pictures a little better than in person. Fine for a few hours if sleep and a quick shower. Owner great communication.

Great place to stay ! Around 9 min from the airport! I suggest you get a rental car and go to Walmart for food. The events were fun. The landlord was cool.

Very comfortable apartment in good quiet neighborhood. Apartment was clean and modern. Nice patio with hammock right outside. Easy to check in. Close to airport but will need to drive to airport. Would recommend especially for this price!

Its a nice place to stay close to the airport. Our flight came in at 2am so we crashed here for the night. It was a little hard to find in the dark cause our gps dropped us before we got there.

A stay close to the airport

We like our stay except for the cold shower. We did not have warm or hot water at the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, or the shower. The bed was good, the tv, air conditioning and refrigerator worked well. we enjoyed the outdoor space the most.

Just used the place for sleeping.

Got in from a late flight and needed a place to crash before going elsewhere on the island. The place is close to the airport and the price cannot be beat for what it offers. Host gave great instructions, and the neighborhood seems safe. The best part about this price is the comfortable bed and cold AC. 100% recommend if you're just looking for a place to crash or if you plan on being out and about the whole day. The common area seems chill, but again I just slept here. So my review is strictly on the bed and AC. If you want luxury and extreme comfort then keep looking.

Great place

My stay was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. The location is very close to the airport and a quick drive to the beach. Though I had a car rental during my stay, there are plenty of eating establishments and stores within walking distance.
