, steps from the airport, LLM ,, quick access to the avenues,, beaches of Isla Verde and Piñones, shopping centers such as Plaza Carolina and the prestigious Mall of San Juan, restaurants, bowling alleys, the Children's Museum, etc.

Great place to stay near airport in San Juan. Wildlife was indeed noisy as other reviews have pointed out. And we did not come prepared with earplugs which may have helped. Host was great on communication and follow up prior to our visit.

Uber was easily available and most of the trips were less than 10$. The place was clean and the host responded to the messages promptly. Highly recommend this place.

If the sound of local wildlife bothers you then I would stay away.We didn’t mind at all. I loved the location and how clean it was. The host was very nice and we even stayed an extra night.

Make sure you have a car if staying here. No close restaurants or things to do. No close grocery either. We did question safety if walking at dusk/@night. The place itself is clean, comfortable, really cute. I loved hearing nature through the night and the morning roosters! Nice for a one night stay after a long day of travel.

Hard to find, but nice place to stay.

Nice place, but EXTREMELY hard to find if your GPS does not have co-ordinates...mine didn't:-(. The owner was VERY HELPFUL!! He dropped everything that he was doing, came out, found me, and took me to the property. The place was nice, clean, and quiant.

This place was cute! Close to everything, and pretty clean for the most part. I know its common in PR but there is no hot water. Be ready for cold showers while staying in this unit. Host wasn't the greatest at communicating, takes a while for them to respond.

Solid location to Uber and take off from a rental car from to other locations like Condado, San Juan, El Yunque, & Others. Otherwise it’s an okay location with quite a bit of noise. Away from the main roads so little to no car noises in the place. Not very walkable. Decent location if you rent a car and go with 1-3 people.

I would like to say that this was an amazing stay ! The house was clean the neighbors were friendly and it was such a comfortable space and setting. There was a smoking are for smokers which was helpful especially on vacation. They provided pots , pans, and some seasoning and coffee. We did not use much of the stuff provided in the house because we were always out. Also wanted to add that if you’re a couple with two kids or less you could stay here very affordable and they have a very nice futon in the living room area !

Great place

Used property to sleep. Clean, comfortable and good location. Owner available for any questions or concern. But, Needs a new shower faucet so water temperature can be easily controlled. Your shower experience will be a downfall. Everything else is Good. I would stay again, but first, would ask if the shower faucet has been replaced.

One night in San Juan area

I would have appreciated if the host had answered the phone instead of texting. Our taxi driver was having a hard time with the address. When we got there we couldnt find th lock boxes. The space was immaculately clean and comfortable. Unfortunatley, neither of us could get wifi, and the tv was pixilating.

Greetings, certainly all the information you needed was provided to you so that you could arrive and check in without problems, you were sent a room pin which you simply turn on your GPS and it will give you a route to the front of the house if your taxi driver He doesn't understand or doesn't know how to use the GPS. I don't think it's the house's fault. As for the Wi-Fi, they had to never ask about the Wi-Fi. With a simple question we would have helped them but they never asked and then said there was no Wi-Fi. ,,, when some accommodation offers a service and when you arrive and notice that the service for some reason is not working, the right thing to do is to ask the host what is happening and not remain silent until your departure and then say that there was no such service in the accommodation , , if we have wifi in the house as well as all the information and photos to do your autonomous check-in without having to call or text with the host, that information is provided. For greater comfort for the guest, have a great night, greetings

Close to airport

The unit looks just like the pictures. It was perfect for our needs because we were just staying 1 night before flying out early am. It’s definitely a quick easy drive to the airport and easy to find a restaurant close by. For us the unit wouldn’t have worked for a long term stay but everyone’s needs are different. With that said I would definitely stay again when flying out on a early morning flight or if we coming in late didn’t want to drive to far. We had a few questions while we were there and the host was quick to respond. It was a good stay. Thank you.

Lack of communication

I booked this unit for one night prior to our cruise. Messaged the property owner a day prior with no response. We arrive to the location with zero communication on the code to get into the lockbox to access the key to get in. Ended up having to go back to the airport and never stayed in the unit.

Great stay in Carolina!

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for five nights. It’s very cute and cozy. It was just the right amount of space for the two of us. We were comfortable. Everything was clean. It honestly looks exactly like the pictures. We took Ubers everywhere but there is a parking space provided out front. Initially I didn’t think there was hot water in the shower. I waited until the morning and texted the host asking if the water could get any hotter. I got an immediate response on how to use the hot water! It was really simple and I am so glad that I asked. The location of the apartment is not in a touristy area. It’s really a local neighborhood. We walked around on our first day. There were kids playing basketball outside the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly as we walked past their homes. There’s a restaurant right around the corner. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the food but it was packed with customers and it smelled really good when we walked past. There’s also a Walgreens, fast food (Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Chinese takeout), a bar, and a gas station all within walkable distance. There’s also a supermarket, bakery, and a liquor store that is a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction. The Uber to the airport was about 9 minutes. It was about a 15 minute Uber to Isla Verde beach. 45 minutes to Luquillo Beach. 15 minutes to La Placita. The roosters crowing can be a little loud at times. And so can the birds chirping. But no real complaints.
