With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Location was perfect - easy access to the beach, walking distance to multiple restaurants and a reasonable to short drive everywhere else. Was fun to be able to switch from the ocean to the pool so easily. Definitely not the biggest pools, but our kids had no complaints about that and we knew what we were choosing ahead of time. The condo was perfect - clean, spacious, quiet and the views can't be beat. We called maintenance once and he was there and fixed our problem within 15 minutes (on a sunday evening). Parking garage a block away was not an issue for us. Easy enough to pull in front of the building to unload luggage/groceries as needed. We do wish there was an umbrella and beach chairs, but that would have been a bonus as that is not in the listing. Breakfast was good enough and definitely saved us some money. Important to note that everyone in your party needs to go eat breakfast at the same time using the pass given - you can't split into groups. We were able to see the Wednesday night fireworks from our balcony. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Perfect location, the unit exceeded our expectations. Very clean , spacious and nicely decorated . Only small downside, ( not unit specific) 2 of the bathrooms water didn't get hot . Would stay there again ! Literally on the beach ! Bring your own beach chairs and towels .

Beautiful View

This would be an our second stay in this condo. Walked in and everything was clean but had an odd smell. So we put some air-fresheners around the condo which helped. Kitchen utensils are very slim for a place that sleeps 12. I remember that from the last time so brought paper Plates cups etc. definitely bring your own kitchen hot pads and towels. None were provided. First bathroom in the condo had issues. Toilet wouldn’t flush and the tub was clogged. We went to the front desk and they sent up maintenance immediately. As they were fixing the bathroom we noticed the oven would not get hot. We brought this to maintenance’s attention. He took a look and said to use on broil (which the oven did get hot using broil only) and he would get back to us. Long story short oven was never fixed while we were there. This made cooking a bit creative. We had a great time while in Myrtle, employees of the hotel were very pleasant. But think an inspection and some updates need to be made to the condo overall.

Loved this condo!

Lots of windows for a great view of the beach and shoreline! We were only able to stay a few nights but I was able to add late check out that gave us extra time to enjoy the beach and heated pools. The included breakfast buffet was good but you did have to have your whole party together when you went so no late sleepers. The condo itself was very comfortable and I loved all the windows in the living/dining room! I look forward to staying here again.

Place was exactly like pictures showed it. The location and view were awesome and the kids loved spending time at the beach and the pool. Check in was really good and the front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

Family Vacation

We just had our family vacation here and it was wonderful! Property is close to everything and the views are breathtaking, every room has a balcony and view to the ocean. The only thing I didn't like was the 2 pools were very small for the size of the property and got crowded really quick, but besides that we loved everything else.

Ocean views!

Location, location, location!!!! This place was in a great location on the strip. Ocean views were amazing and little too no noise other than the waves. Most of the shops are literally a 5 to 10 minute walk right up the strip, so very convenient. Cleaning of the place could of been a bit better, but nothing crazy. More so sand on the floor and inside cabinets were a bit dusty. Also quite a bit of damaged walls I noticed when first looked over the place, but sent a message to the property owner and they were very polite and asked for pics which we sent over. Overall great stay and would definitely book again!

We booked this room to attend CCMF. Room was great! View was awesome! This fit our family perfectly. Would definitely book again. Only negative was the day registration desk staff. Lady was very rude and we were clearly bothering her when asking questions. So we just waited for the night shift employees to come. They were always good to us.

Amazing Condo with Incredible Views

Wow!! When you walk in and see that panoramic ocean view it just takes your breath away. Sitting at the dining room table looking out and seeing all water! Just gorgeous. This was a girls trip with 5 women and we all had our own bed, plenty of space in the bathroom to put our stuff. And oh my- huge garden style tubs- bring your bath salts. The beds were comfy. Rooms super quiet. And the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Highly recommend this condo!!

Terrific view, rooms, and location

The view of the ocean from all windows could not be better. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise or the ships sail by was just with the doctor ordered very spacious and clean and nice condo. We had a terrific time.
