This luxe 3BR/3BA condo is located in the Sand Dunes Resort's prestigious North Tower. Highlights include incredible views of the Atlantic from the wraparound balcony and three spacious en suite bedrooms. Amazing amenities include a freshwater pool, an indoor pool, lazy river, fitness center, and a sun deck.


Listen to the sound of rolling waves from the wraparound balcony, which boasts incredible ocean views and four premium comfy chairs with matching side tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide superb Atlantic views from the welcoming living area, furnished with ample seating and a 48-inch TV. Create favorite meals and beach snacks in the sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person table.


Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, which features a king bed, 32-inch TV, and private balcony access. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 32-inch TV, while the en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, appointed with two double beds, 32-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This was our 2nd year in this rental We really enjoyed it. Other than water issues one day and the keurig did not work. Rental is just as pictured.

Disappointed

I have so many pictures of how disgusting the pool area was. When I expressed it to Vacasa, they took no accountability and stated it's not on them. They also said I had a refundable deposit but when I check out after the stay and asked, they stated they do not do refundable deposits . Bad communication

The balcony furniture was very nice and the ocean view was great. However, the couch and two chairs in the living area were extremely stained and dirty. The master bed had stains on the sheet and comforter. A container of take out food had been left in the fridge by previous guests. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were nice, but the cleanliness of some areas in the condo was disappointing.

Honest review of a perfectly fine stay

The pros outweigh the cons at this rental but I wanted to provide an honest review as it may not be the best choice for a family with young children. The cons: The pot smell from the street below was constant. If we had the patio door open it came into the unit. There was also significant noise from street very early in the morning (garbage trucks, trucks unloading, etc.) I realize these are not under control of the owner or management company but I think they are important for renters to know. The furniture while comfortable was dirty and in need of a good cleaning.There is a shared water situation which can lead to no hot water being available. The management company does notify of this in the welcome text. The washing machine left spots on our clothes that will require us to rewash when we get home. My biggest issue is that the Lazy River and water park are not available with this rental. The listing states at least twice that there is a lazy river and there indeed is but it is not offered to this rental. I reached out to the management company alerting them that the listing falsely advertises the Lazy River and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. The welcome text does mention that the Lazy River is not included but I would expect that it be mentioned on the listing or at the time of booking. The Pros: nice Beach chairs are provided, the baths are very nice, the kitchen was well stocked, Nice chairs on balcony, Great view, Comfortable beds

Amazing Stay in a Stunning Oceanfront Condo!

Our stay at this 3-bedroom oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean, thanks to the incredible wrap-around balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee with the sunrise became our daily ritual—an experience we’ll never forget. The condo itself was immaculate, with modern, comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy and welcoming. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. While we loved being right on the beach, it was also just a short drive to many of Myrtle Beach’s attractions—shopping, dining, and entertainment options were all within easy reach. It gave us the perfect balance of serene oceanfront living and the convenience of exploring the area. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough. Nice place for vacay!

I loved that the space was clean and spacious. The view of the ocean was nice. I would stay here again. The only thing that was a little tough was parking. The parking garage is pretty tight for bigger vehicles and there weren't many spaces to park out side of the garage that didn't cost. But the condo itself was top tier.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was the perfect beach getaway for my family's Thanksgiving holiday. There were two adults and four children. With three generously sized bedrooms and three full bathrooms there was plenty of space for all of us. The balcony is huge- stretching from the side of the condo to the front with beautiful views of the ocean. One thing about this condo is that everything has been nicely updated- all of the bathrooms and the kitchen. The location was great- just steps from the beach and a very short walk to shops and restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tubs plus the restaurants, arcade and other amenities and features in the condo complex rounded out our exceptional vacation experience here. We will definitely be back and will stay at this exact condo unit again. Thank you to the great hosts.

Very comfortable

The condo was clean & comfortable. Loved the wrap around deck, especially in the afternoon. The kitchen was a bit small- big enough for 2 people at a time. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beach chairs we found in the closet. Easy walk to the beach.

Cozy Condo!

This condo is a perfect home-away-from-home. It has a perfect layout and was wonderfully clean. We were impressed that it has everything we could need from a crockpot to beach chairs. We stayed in the winter and the sunrise was breathtaking. The beach has lovely sand we walked it for miles! There are so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance of this condo. We want to visit again! We felt so at home here!

Good view, but so many problems

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. As soon as we got there the power kept going on and off. The ac never worked the entire time. Our entire stay we had the ac set to like 68 and the temperature in our condo never went below 77 degrees we never even felt a breeze of cool air. We tried to contact someone for help with the power and ac issue but they dont give you any numbers for help, you have to search and wait on the phone for hours to get an ounce of help. The power finally came back on hours later but the ac still didn't work. The people that we got ahold of could not get ahold of the owner to get us help so they gave us the owners number but of course the owner wouldn't answer for us either. There must be no maintenance man they can send to help fix anything. One of our vacation members got stuck in an elevator and used the help button and got no response so obviously no help until the elevator decide to start working again. All the elevators we had to use were sketchy and always dirty, and I'm not meaning just dirt and smudges on the walls I'm meaning whole wrappers of trash and mystery liquids. We were in walking distance of the beach which was nice except getting to the beach was extremely smelly. The little wood bridge you walk across smells like Raw sewage. No one cleans the sand out from the outdoor shower so no matter what you leave with sand on you. When you finally get to the beach it's pretty nice besides the people that throw trash right beside where there's empty trash cans. We still made the best out of our stay as we could.

Great Vacation

This rental unit is amazing. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. There was nothing lacking. My family enjoyed our Christmas here and would definitely stay again.

Great location

Loved how easy the access was to the beach and pool area. We had trouble when we first checked in with the air conditioning not working at all. It did take almost a whole day to fix, but they were very responsive ! The internet and password that were given to us for our stay did not work at all. So we had lots of trouble hooking up to any WiFi . We asked the neighbor and he assisted us to help get on the internet. Overall we were very happy with our stay ! It was extremely amazing location and beautiful place to stay ! Would stay again !

Vacation

The condo was really clean upon check in. Was hoping to get checked in early because we had 2 young children with us but that didn’t work. Check in was at 4 and the cleaning people were still cleaning at 4. Very nice unit with ocean view. Couple of things we didn’t like was the a/c didn’t keep the room comfortable. Was told after we contacted them ( we called the first 3 days in a row to get it looked at) that it can’t be set lower than 73. That did not cut it with 8 people in the unit. Also ( again we called the first 3 days in a row) we had 6 towels for 8 people. Finally they dropped off the extra towels I still gave it a 4 star because the unit was nice.
