This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Great family place

This place was so clean and so spacious. There were five of us and we had plently of room. My mom and grandparents even came to our room for lunch and we still had plently of space. Up to date and had everything we needed.

Not very safe for small children. Sharp metal edges sticking off bed. Appears bed frame is bigger than bed causing metal frame to stick out. Room was not very clean.

The hotel is nice has alot of fun things the room wasnt bad it was really just the floor and the rugs that were dirty couldn't walk without shoes in the room.but im pretty sure that is from the sand on the beach but still could've cleaned the floors better.

The Patricia Grand 1110

We booked 1110 over the week of Christmas 2022. It is a great location with a fantastic Full Oceanview from inside or outside on the large balcony. The beach decor with a modern touch was perfect. This unit is NOT pet friendly which we understand some are not at this particular location. Although I hated leaving my fur baby with a sitter it was a nice and needed break, for both of us I think. Definitely recommend 1110 for your next visit to North Myrtle Beach! We will be back!

Run down and dirty

The location is great, but the condition of the room and entire property is poor. Very run down and didn’t feel clean. Mattresses had yellow stains, rust everywhere, smelled like urine in the bedroom. It really made us want to look for a new property when we arrived but couldn’t justify the expense. Also, may not be controlled, but couldn’t sit out on the balcony and enjoy ourselves because of others smoking (different substances) on the balconies directly below us.

We were surprised to find the place was not as nice as pictures in the listing. Very outdated, stained in areas. Family room tv didn’t work, along with some plugs. Murphy bed was old and looked in bad shape (we didn’t use it because of this). Other small issues aesthetically that didn’t look like the pics. Would not stay here again.

Room 1110 has BEAUTIFUL view of the beach. Everything was nice about the resort only the tv hook up. That took a little time to put together.

Lovely in the pictures - it was ok

it looked mostly like the pictures. Smaller. And not as well kept. The murphy bed we would definitely not rest on. Both beds in the bedroom were a bit uncomfortable and the linens were very worn. The place, while it was topically clean, felt very dirty and just generally not well kept. Rust, worn linens, rips in the sofa.... The view was as pictured but not at all private. Parking was convenient. I'd pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

Told something different

We were told on the phone during the reservation that we would put on the 18th floor and when we got there we were on the 11th. Had an amazing time in the hotel the beds were a little on the rough size but other than that great experience. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Nice location, not that clean

The property is nice but have to say it wasn’t the cleanest, the murphy bed was dirty and did not have sheets. We were not provided with any blankets, just thin sheets on the beds. We did not visit the pool facility at all so I cannot vouch for the amenities.

OK but wouldn’t return here

Staff was friendly. Check-in was okay but the check-in parking area is very small, and after unloading my car I had to move it to a deck across the street. The room was as pictured but smaller than I expected. The furnishings were worn and the place didn’t feel clean—nothing specific I can point to; just an overall impression. Also, be aware that this is a pet-friendly hotel. The one major plus of my stay: I left my kindle behind, and when I called about it the next day, the housekeeping staff had found it and turned it in, so I was able to get it shipped back.

Not very clean & rude staff

Our check in time was 4PM. We arrived at 4:30 and I go to check in, the front desk lady was rude and had a bad attitude. Once we got to our room, they were still cleaning & told us we were too early. Even though they were cleaning, the room still wasn't that clean. The parking garage was terrible. On the last day of our stay, when leaving, they cut the elevators off without warning any of the guests so we were stuck carrying all our stuff down 11 flights of stairs. The location was okay, but I would never rent a room at the Patricia Grand again.

Enjoyed the location

Room 1110 looks exactly as described no complaints. If you tend to get cold easily bring I light blanket with you as they do not have duvets.
