The location was great and wonderful ocean view. A few things we did not like: the room could have been a bit more clean and appliances updated and vents needed to be cleaned. There was a bit of confusion between the front desk and vacasa of who would provide clean towels, pool wrist bands and parking passes.

To get a room at this place is a chance you take. Our room was outdated & others were nicer . The location was suitable. The pool was small but right on the beach

Outdated and in need of deep cleaning

Room for improvement with awesome location and view

I loved the pool area, the beach location and also close enough to the boardwalk and the fact that we did not see a single bug in our room made me happy. The things I that need to be fixed #1 the mattress on the pull out is horrible, it needs replaced or not listed as a bed because it's so uncomfortable no one can actually sleep on it. #2 the room needs a deep clean such as the track of the sliding glass door was dirty and around baseboards. #3 the closet doors were not on tracks and furniture was beaten up a good bit. Also make sure you don't leave anything outside your door for even 5 minutes. I had all our beach things stolen from outside my door within a 5 minute time frame after returning from the beach. ( my beach umbrella, my baby tent( that your not allowed to use at the beach by the way) and my beach chair). I spoke with the front desk and they said it wasn't any workers that moved it so it had to be another person which was also staying. All and all it was a great trip, the price was awesome so you can't beat that.

Great Stay

I love the room and the cleanliness of it. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the noise next door to me….they woke up at 5am and kept slamming the door which woke me up. Other than it was a great stay!

Customer Service

The customer here is amazing! Therese, the front desk employee, was soo extremely nice to me and my daughter. We had to do a room change, and she expedited the process so that we would be comfortable. The furniture is out dated, but the rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay again.

OK.... Not Great

Very convenient location. View was great... straight on oceanfront. The unit was dated and scarred with little things like a rust stained refrigerator, sofa pillows stained with paint, small tvs with no guide, etc. The unit is directly across from two elevators which would not normally be a problem but the bedrooms are located at the front of the unit and thus only about 12 feet away from the elevators. The sound of elevators going up and down are hard to drown out while sleeping. The facilities are also dated and if you drive anything larger than a midsize car you may as well plan on parking across the road because the onsite parking deck his riddled with very tight turns. All in all, it was an OK experience.
