With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Beautiful view!

The rental perfect for our long weekend getaway. Condo was clean and spacious and the view was breathtaking. Included buffet breakfast and putt putt that was only a short walk down the street. Only negative was the hot tub was down to make way for a bigger one. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Clean

Love the big balcony and view. Clean room! Appliances could use updating, but still usable. Love the laminate floor versus having carpet. Nice layout. Very comfortable stay, would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay. The glass window wall in the living room brightened our day. The beds are new and super comfortable. The only downside is a very loud A/C unit. The decor, furniture and overall impression of the unit is wonderful. We would stay again.

Cool Condo!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. I expected more options within walking distance for food and activities. The condo was beautiful and had everything we were in need of for the weekend. I was glad we brought our own beach towels because none were provided and there were not chairs provided at the beach.

I loved the stay and room, everything was great, other than the pools they were very small to accommodate the amount of people in the room plus the poolwater was dirty. I believe this needed to be address.

Great view!

It was great overall. Great view, clean with many amenities. However there was one incident where the laundry room door fell and hit my 1 y.o. toddler on the head, but the other wall absorbed most of the impact so he wasn't badly hurt. But that could have been caused by either the last tenant or the cleaning crew and tried to hide the fact it was broken. Other than that, everything else was great and would recommend!

We thought it was a condo. It wasn’t. We was supposed to have a room that slept 6 but every night someone had to sleep in the floor the beds and pull out beds was so small. And we found someone Invisalign on the floor by the bed

In general, I loved the Condo; however, there was an incident where the door for the washer and dryer fell over and hit my 1 y.o toddlers head. My wife and i were sitting on the couch and heard him cry, my wife went to investigate and saw the door and fallen over and was caught by the wall on the opposite side. My boy didnt seem to be badly hurt, however, that was kind of odd that the door would fall like that. My boy is only 26 pounds last we checked, and the metal part that holds the door looked bent. So it seemed to me that somebody broke it and tried to hide it by creating the illusion the door was on correctly. And a little force by my toddler revealed the door was broken. Aside from that, the room was great, and i dont think their was a way the owner could have known the door was broken since somebody tried to hide it. Could have been from the last tenant or the cleaning crew. The room had a great view of the ocean and was very clean. I gave it 4 stars only because of the incident; otherwise i would have given it 5.

Nice unit, good view

The unit has a great view but it is dated. A bit musty likely because of old carpet, tile and paint. Furniture seems a bit beat up. The Carolinian is a great place and location. Far enough from tue hustle and bustle but close enough to walk if desired. Beach is ample and easy access. Magnolias breakfast was great.

Great Stay !

Had a wonderful stay ! I would book this same room next year for the same time. It was clean and well kept. Ice machine in freezer was broken but we used the machine in hallway. Only 1 remote for 2 TV's seemed strange. I have stayed at this property for over 12 years and like it. If owner or Vacasa would like to reach out to me I would reserve this unit next year. Thanks !

Vacation Get A Way-A. Macon

I would have like to give this room a 5 rating, however the curtains were missing. When asked I was told that those rooms did not have curtains. That is incorrect. The picture above shows curtains and also the room had Cheerios on the floor from the previous tenants. Had no other issues and will book at the Carolinian again

Great weekend getaway!

Check in was a breeze. We were up on the 17th floor and the elevators were fast and clean! View was amazing and room was very clean. Loved the garden tub!

Do not waste your money!!

Room is outdated the ocean view is not great however you do have a fantastic view of another hotel with no curtains to provide privacy. The room smells musky or moldy. The toilet moves back and forth. No room service due to COVID but you can have peat control and property management come in at 10 am 2 days back to back and they are not wearing a mask at all. The staff is not helpful at all. This property has seriously gone down hill.

Needs to be cleaned

I love the outside balcony 🙂 I have stayed in this room 3 different times now it needs to be steam cleaned chair in living room has a horrible stain looks like mustard! Floors need to be cleaned more than vacuuming. I DIDN'T APPRECIATE NOT GETTING INTO ROOM UNTIL 5:30 PM!! I HAD BIRTHDAY PLANS FOR MY NEWLYWED AND HAD TO CANCEL SO WE HAD A BBQ SANDWICH SITTING IN CAR WAITING FOR ROOM TO BE CLEANED
