Pool View Suite #207

Coastal Waters is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors.

It was recently converted to condos in January of 2021. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in!

One bedroom Suite located on beach front property with private balcony for a small view of the ocean!

This condo has a full bedroom with 1 King Bed, kitchenette, full bathroom and living room with a murphy bed under the TV. Tv's in both room and high speed internet.

Beach front gate access to enjoy the beach, pool deck for soaking up the nice sunshine, and even enjoy the pool year round, its heated!

Free parking in the front lot, as well as along the sand road beach access point along the white wall and an overflow lot across the street.
Please wash any dishes you have used during the stay. No eating in bedrooms, please.

Blood on sheets dirty towels ( I don’t think they were washed). No hair dryer as listed as an accessory/ needed as I took a shower and couldn’t wash my hair to go to a wedding no additional sheets for the Murphy bed. Parking was full had to park across a four lane road to get to our place.

The condo looks so much better than what we actually saw when we got there. The kitchen floor was tore up pretty much the couch under the cushions had all kinds of food chips, crackers it was a mess. The floor in the bathroom was not finished and didn’t look that nice The hand soap in the bathroom look like they put a little dish soap in there and put water in with it, and there wasn’t very much it just didn’t seem that clean to me. I do have pictures also the decorations in the house or much to be desired.

Beach trip

Good Value for Beach side , affordable, simple, Beach Access and Kitchen in Condo. This place was simple and affordable, clean beds and comfortable. I would stay again.

Perfect location, perfect vacation

The room was perfect for 2 people. Room was clean. The location keeps the outside areas very clean around the pool keeping up with the sand. Highly recommend this location.

Great location. Pool was heated. If not it was amazingly warm for March. Photos are accurate. Kitchen had what we needed. Good value.

Comfy and great location

We had a great stay. Everything was just like the pictures. Rules were very easy to follow and communication was very easy through text. The only thing I could possibly suggest would be spot clean the couch and try and vacuum the sand from the couch. I know it’s the beach so I’m sure it’s very hard, but that would just make the place even better. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

We booked a room for a girls’ weekend, and Tony was exceptional in communicating with us before and during the trip. The accommodations were beachfront, with easy access to the beach. We had a pleasant stay without any issues with loud music or neighbors. The pool was very clean, and the kitchen was moderately stocked with necessary utensils, cookware, and dinnerware.However, there were a few issues with the unit. There were a few areas of flooring that need to be replaced, and the main blind had a broken piece that we covered with cardboard because you could see right into the room. The coach had multiple stains throughout, so we only felt comfortable sitting on it with a covering over it.Make sure to inform ahead of time if you require linens for the Murphy bed. We received ours 24 hours after our arrival because there is no staff on premises.

Not exactly what we expected

The condo is about 3 stars. It's acceptable, but very cheap updates and just not very impressive. The windows are so thin and we could not sleep without a white noise machine going because you can literally hear everything outside. The beaches are disappointing here. I'm not sure if it's because of the hurricane, but they are not like any beaches we've been to on the Gulf side.

Short Stay

The Property overall was clean and looked nice. Our room was a bit underwhelming compared to the pictures. The slider patio door to the balcony appeared to be original and hard to open. The entry door to the room appeared to have been modified and had a lot of air gaps and didn’t seem real secure. Some of the floor in the main area was peeling up. Appeared a lot of quick fixes were done to make it presentable. We were only there for one night, so it was Ok. I would be disappointed in what I paid for a longer stay. Microwave did not work.

Nice but needs a few repairs

Property was nice but still needs some work. Floors have some water damage and we’re not clean. They were not nasty but they definitely needed a deep clean or steam mop to them. There were a few holes in the wall/door where pictures or hooks once were that need patched up. Sliding door to balcony was a pain and needs replaced. Couch had some water stains on it from people sitting on couch wet which is a shame because they looked like fairy new couches. Kitchen and furniture were nice and updated. Loved that the owner put hooks on the back of the main door for wet towels to be hung up right away. Property had community toys and floaties which I thought was a nice touch if you’re traveling with kids. Property was also well lit and easy to find when walking the beach at night. Communication and booking were smooth. Overall this property worked well for us.
