We only contacted the host once and they were responsive. Welcome cake was yummy! Location was fine. Several restaurants within walking distance. Only issue was the mattress is worn out. Other than that we would stay again.

Lovely!

Adorable little cottage! Absolutely loved the neighborhood, and loved how convenient it was to some really cute restaurants and shops. Definitely give Primo a try if you’re in the mood for pizza! We would definitely stay here again.

Birdie's Place is a very tidy and roomy unit. It is also very convenient to everything in the neighborhood of Canal St. Great to have a parking spot and be able to walk to restaurants and shops.

The home was located literally downtown and was very cute. Only issue I had was there were dead ants in the bathroom which I assumed is from some kind of spray for them. We didnt see any live bugs after. The Hosts were absolutely amazing, communicative and everything was super easy for check in! Thanks so much!

Amazing location

What an amazing location! Super convenient and walking distance to the local Shops and restaurants! Would definitely recommend To anyone and would love to stay there again!! Would recommend blackout curtain in bedroom as the Outside perimeter light was a little bright at bedtime but Appreciate the exterior lighting for parking and security. Amazing place!!

Nice, quiet, clean, just what the Dr ordered.

Just a mini break to the beach, and just a short drive. Was suitable for what we needed on short notice, we have always traveled with our pups so this was ideal for location.

My stay at Birdie's Place was great! The check-in (and check-out) was easy and convenient. The cottage location was walking distance to most everything. I had an issue with the TV and called for help. Someone came right over and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend!

NSB Cottage

The cottage was exactly as shown on VRBO. It was clean and quaint. The kitchen is very small and not really set up to make meals. It works great for refrigeration and reheating meals. Perfect for short term rental. The biggest drawback is the early morning noise from the parking lot directly infront of the cottage. The blowers started at 6:30 am. Other than that it’s a great little place to stay and easy walk to downtown NSB The

Cozy, downtown getaway

We had a great stay at Birdie's Place and look forward to coming back next year! We have a few suggestions .... in front of Birdie's, there's an area in the driveway that is sunken down and needs some gravel. We would love to have a screen door put on the door to the living room if that's possible. There were several days that the weather was perfect to enjoy having a screen door. Finally, it would be appreciated if the back area with picnic table could have some caretaking. Many of us use the spot to have a chat or to do some paperwork. If there was a rake and shovel, we'd be willing to clean up the leaves. We appreciate the opportunity to make suggestions. We're looking forward to staying next winter! Orlo and Cindy Burch

Intercoastal historic downtown charm

The area was very nice. Extremely familiar with the area and just a lovely property. Private yet in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, intercoastal, farmers market and more. Beautiful at night. Felt safe. Very quaint. Staff was very accommodating and prompt. Kitchen was handy. Needs new linens and dishes, but in the works. - overall a cute, cute place to stay. Will visit again!
