"The View in Prescott," a Custom Home With 3 Patios + Fire Pit, Near Downtown

"The View in Prescott" offers a sweeping view of the entire Prescott area. Relax on the back patio and take in the view and fresh mountain air, or retire to the front patio and enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fire pit. The custom home offers ample couch seating, a large dining room table and a kitchen with a professional 6-burner gas range, a walk-in pantry, a desk area and bar seating. Also enjoy a coffee/tea service that includes a Krups machine, drip coffee pot, French press pot, tea kettle and complimentary coffee and creamers. The home has three bedrooms, all with spectacular views and TVs. The master bedroom offers separate dual vanity, closets and toilet spaces, as well as a luxurious steam shower and soaking tub. The split floor plan offers privacy for the well-appointed guest rooms, which are situated on either side of a guest bath. Visitors will also have access to a full-size washer and dryer and laundry supplies. Located only 7 minutes from the courthouse square and Whiskey Row.

We are a family from Las Vegas that was in town for our daughter’s wedding! We came in a few days before the big day and the house was a perfect spot for us to get last minute wedding details done. The view and open layout of the home, was just what we needed for our young nephews to run around and have quality family time.

The property is conveniently located for both the city with easy to reach communication links to other areas. The views are breathtakingly beautiful. All the amenities (kitchen, outdoor grill, laundry, bathrooms) are of high standard and we found it relaxing to cook at home and relax when not out. The property is well served with a great online set of instructions as well as a hard copy, and any questions we had of the property manager were handled professionally and quickly. Very happy, and we are thinking of returning very soon!

THE VIEW

The View was even more than what we expected. Great views from every room oversized master bedroom, goodies in the walkin pantry, and close to everything we needed.We had our telescope for star viewing and binoculars for bird watching. My family is looking forward to returning, perhaps in the fall.

Host very responsive but home was dirty

We enjoyed our time in Prescott, The home has a tremendous view.. However, there were concerns with cleanliness and description of home. We come from a pet free home and when we select homes we always pick pet free homes. When selecting this home, it noted no pets allowed so we assumed it would be pet free. When we arrived, we found pet hair on the floor, on the furniture, and in the master bedroom. We spent time sweeping the floors when we first arrived and ended up putting a blanket on the couch to sit (as there was animal hair all over it?. While doing laundry, the washer had so much hair and grime around the seal, it left an odor on all our clothes we washed. Dishes were also found dirty in the cabinets and drawers. Also upon arrival, there was laundry still in the dryer from the housekeepers and no washcloths to use. Upon contacting Jill the Host regarding no washcloths in the home, she was very responsive and had some delivered which was appreciated. I have attached some photos of the hair.

Perfect place

This place was perfect for our stay. Our family of 5 came to Prescott for a wedding and could not have been happier with this house. The living area was open, spacious, and had a great view. The master bedroom was cozy and the master bath was huge, providing plenty of room to comfortably get ready at the same time. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet in-town retreat, beautiful views

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prescott. The location is convenient to Phoenix, so friends stopped in to celebrate our anniversary with us. Great in-city walks nearby, and many easy desert and mountain hikes are just minutes away. Whenever we find ourselves back in Prescott we will definitely consider "The View" as our Prescott base!

Wonderful Stay

This beautiful home definitely has a gorgeous view! It was well appointed and provided plenty of space inside and out. Kitchen and laundry appliances were top notch. It is also conveniently located near every place you would want or need to go. Overall we had a great stay, and Jill and Rich were great hosts!

Beautiful home and location - great hosts!

Was a great stay. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to communicate with in advance and we didn’t need to contact them for anything during the stay, which is ideal. Home was ready for use at the appointed time and well-appointed with the appropriate amenities. The home has a great view of the Prescott area. The interior of the home was spaciously laid out, with a living room area that had kind of a “great room” feel: large open area adjacent to the roomy kitchen with a door leading to the back patio with plenty of privacy. The master suite was really quite spacious in that there were 2 full walk-in closets with plenty of drawer and hanger space, two vanities, and a large shower / whirlpool tub and two separately enclosed toilet areas. Gave a pampered feeling, even though we didn’t really need all the space for our relatively short stay. All in all, it was an absolutely pleasant stay with no complaints to mention. Would book again!

Very wintery Prescott

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place from which to watch the winter storms come across Prescott. As the pictures in the ad show, “The View” is impressive. The location gave us quick access to both downtown and to routes out of town for day trips. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home, Superb Host

Jill manages a gorgeous home with soaring ceilings, beautiful kitchen and magnificent views. She was extremely responsive to every question from well before our arrival to check-out. We were a group of older ladies and we had a marvelous time and would love to return for our next reunion. Thanks for a great stay!

The View is the Right Name for this house!

The View served our needs perfectly but wowy- zowy, the panoramic sunrises and sunsets every day were sensational! Even better, there was a meteor shower while we were there and we watched the shooting stars with an expansive view of the whole sky from the warmth of the family room.

Wedding Visitors

This is such a beautiful home with a stunning view! Our headcount changed at the last minute and our son, DIL & 2mo did not attend but the Primary Suite would have been perfect for them offering privacy and a huge space - hubby & I enjoyed it instead. Two perfect patios, living space and amenities made it a perfect 4-day weekend!

Spacious home with so many extras

We enjoyed our stay for so many reasons. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen was generously equipped including a pantry of items that made cooking for a group of six easy. Everyone enjoyed taking in the view on the patio. We spent lots of time in the outdoor space. Short drive into the Square to enjoy the shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed in a number of vacation rentals and would rate this home as among the best for guest comfort.

Prescott with view

The house has incredible views though it’s massive windows. I really enjoyed the sunset views and when storms came in, the lightning lighting up the valley. Master suite was very nice.

Great Choice

Located close to town, but not downtown. House was on a hill so the outside patio looked over a small valley. Beautiful view with a nice hi-top table. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and utensils. We ate at the kitchen bar every nite except when we had company. Then, it became the dining room table. Overall, a really nice vacation.

Wonderful Experience!

The home was beautiful! The view was sensational! Looking out over the valley became our favorite ritual every morning with our coffee. We were located minutes from downtown Prescott, Whiskey Row, the Prescott Rodeo, as well as within a short driving distance to Jerome, Cottonwood & Sedona. The home was warm & inviting & everything we needed was available to us. We would definitely stay here again! The hosts were very helpful & available & that was very much appreciated!

Perfect Prescott Getaway

The home is even more impressive in person than in the photos! We were in town for a family reunion with my parents and an aunt—all in their 80’s. The house was comfortable and well-appointed. We loved sitting in the lovely main space in the mornings with our coffees enjoying the gorgeous views amidst the high ceilings. Location was centrally located: 6 minutes from historic downtown and countless antique shops. We were also a short drive from my cousin’s delicious Lindo Mexico restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!
