Amazing private villa location, steps away from all the action. Newly remodeled 2025, ready to rent. Seven minute walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store, and boat rentals. This place will feel like your home away from home. Large, fully stocked kitchen and 65-inch TV in living room. Enter this single family, one story, 1200 SF house from your private carport. Two bedroom/2 bathroom home sleeps 7. Master bed has a king bed and full bath with a walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds (twin over double). Second bathroom has a large walk-in shower with handicap bar. In-unit laundry with beach chairs, towels, cooler, wagon and umbrella. You will have your own gas grill with large patio set to enjoy outdoor eating in the beautiful Florida sun. Grass area available for kids to run around. Community pool with a clubhouse and shuffleboard. Free trolley service available.

Excellent property great location

Fabulous!! We loved the place and the location. We had no issues and enjoyed being there for a full month. The owner Colleen was very responsive and shared additional helpful information. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Great weather, too. We hope to return next year!

Bedding

As a renter, I would pay more to guarantee the sheets and bedding were professionally washed. Especially with COVID! I don't have a problem stripping the bedding ........who wants to spend the last day of vacation washing their bed sheets, quilts and towels. It took close to 5 hours for the 4 sets. I would have rather gone to the beach. One cannot expect the cleaning person to have to do this. Why not have a sealed set ready to go for the next family (while one set is being professionally washed). All and all, except for that issue this was a wonderful place and we had a fantastic time.

Perfect location for family trip

The location is fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for family. We had more than enough room for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Easily walk to the best beach in America is even easier with beach gear provided. Enjoyed the cart and chairs. Property as advertised and already want to go back! Host is super friendly and communication was great.

Best Place We’ve Stayed!

I cannot say enough good things. The Villa is in a great location, big home and very spacious, lots of accommodations, etc. Parking space with guest parking spots is a HUGE bonus. Lovely pool and close to e everything! Can’t beat the price! The queen mattress is very hard and the only clock in the home is the one on the stove, but those are my only two negatives! Which are fixable. I appreciated the owners communication. I’m sure we will be back!

Relaxing Vacation

My family enjoyed a beautiful week together at this property. It was super clean. The kitchen was well organized. The items we needed were easy to find. There were no issues with noise. All other guests were very polite. Super convenient having a washer and dryer on the property. We will definitely be staying at this place again.

Great Stay at Siesta Key

The villa was great. The neighborhood pool was very nice and the neighbors were all very friendly. It was great to have the beach chairs and wagons and beach toys all provided. It is a bit of a walk to the beach like the description says, but the beach is very nice. There are good restaurants and shops very close too. We had a great time and would recommend the place to anyone!

Perfect vacation!

We loved the condo. We had everything we needed and it was very clean and nicely decorated. We all had plenty of room and on rainy days, plenty of activities. Colleen was very helpful and had great communication. The location of the condo is great for walking to the beach, restaurants, stores and the ice cream shop! Also great location on the premises as the pool is not a long walk at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Great place...Best we’ve been in Siesta Key!!

We really enjoyed our time here. Very impressed on how clean, neat, updated and organized for the price we paid. This place is more beautiful in person than what you see in the pictures. This is our fourth time in Siesta Key and this place is absolutely the best! Even my in-laws loved it. The gas grill, patio table, laundry machines, near-by shopping places and restaurants, and out-door pool (only a minute walk) were super convenient. The beach is less than 10 minutes by walk. My father in-law is in a wheel chair, which made it challenging for us in this trip, but the house have all accommodations for him and all of us. We’ll definitely come back next time.

Beautiful beach

This is a very nice house, beach and area is one of the best we have seen loved the trolley to villages beach is a bit more of a walk than We thought but worth the walk. House is very homely and patio and pool are nice. We drove so leaving in the morning was very hard as checkout rules are hardest part of the stay. But enjoyed the stay...

Loved our stay!

We stayed for 10 days and would definitely recommend this villa to everyone! Colleen was really nice and accessible. The villa really has everything you might need. Everything was clean and updated, decorated tastefully. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer and also really appreciated having the beach cart! The beach access is an easy walk or a short drive to the bigger public beach with bathrooms and lots of parking. We utilized the pool every day and it was very well maintained.The villa is located near shops, restaurants, ice cream place.. very convenient. It's on the north side of the island, away from the traffic and noise. We loved our stay and really hope to stay there again!

Beautiful house and great location!

The house met all of my expectations and more. I’d buy it if I could :-) I highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, modern appliances, well-equipped kitchen, comfort and really cool decorations. We enjoyed the pool, the outdoors, the patio and the beach, which was just a walk away. Restaurants and supermarkets were very close too. The owner responded all my texts promptly. I really appreciate having toiletries available to us as well as cleaning and laundry products free of charge. I loved staying here and my teen son too.
