This house is fantastic and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The house was clean and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The pool was clean and had plenty of space for the 3 kids to have a blast! The owners were ahead of the game on anything they needed to communicate and were responsive to any of my questions or needs. I cannot recommend this property enough and can't wait to get back! It is close to everything, right off the interstate, grocery/WalMart and Target close and a quick, easy drive to the beach!

Air conditioning did break on us but the property management team did have someone come out. We were informed they will be putting in a new system after our stay. Everything else was perfect, house was clean and pool was fun. The pool is not covered like the photos show. One very minor issue I had other than the air conditioning was the towels are all white. They ask you not to stain them or you will be charged a fee, I wish they had other color towels. I recently dyed my hair and I didn't want to stain the towels with my red hair. They do have beach towels but only 4. But that won't stop me from staying here. The host was amazing to work with and the overall property is great. I would recommend they provide more colored towels, maybe update some photos but it's definitely worth staying here.

The house was a great place to enjoy hanging out with our relatives. Although there were only 4 of us, would have been room for a few more. Beautiful pool and a screened in room by the pool.

It was a great place to stay. Enjoyed the pool very much. Had a turtle & bunnies & lots of squirrels & birds. Very relaxing place to stay.

Great house for a family!

The house was very clean, the neighborhood is very quiet, the pool was very clean and warm… With lots of dishes and beach toys and chairs, and the wagon was huge to use at the beach also. There are lots of fans in all the rooms, and the air conditioner works great for hot days. The screened in porch area was really nice to hang out in for morning, coffee and evening relaxation. The master bedroom shower was very very nice.

The house was very comfortable and quiet. We had some problems with the TV but the owners were helpful and were in the process of changing to a new provider. A plus would be a full-length mirror.

Exceeded Expectations and Great Communication

Property location was a great balance between beach and non-beach activities. Gas station 1mile away, Walmart less than 5 min away. Property was clean and accomodating for a family of five. Communication with owner is excellent and addressed any needs we had. Quiet street in a cul-de-sac which is optimal for younger children. The pool is clean, heated and perfect after a long day at the beach.

The property was very clean and updated. In ground pool (Awesome)!! Grocery stores and restaurants, Nearby. Suggestions would be to put TVs in bedrooms. Overall, a great place to stay would recommend !!

July stay

Check-in and check-out process was very easy. The owners were very responsive to message via vrbo within minutes. The little one enjoyed the pool daily, it was well kept. We used the wagon for the beach and the beach chairs and coolers were easily accessible. Overall, it was a lovely stay for a family of 6. One thing that could use an upgrade is the mattress in one of the bedrooms (the one with white bed frames/white stands). It was too squeaky and slightly sunken in when laying on the right side of the bed. Otherwise our stay was great!

Beautiful home in Sarasota

What a beautiful home in Sarasota within 10 minutes to Siesta Key beach. We loved everything about this home but especially the pool. This home is just as described, the beds are super comfortable and the shower in the main bedroom was lovely. Totally recommend this home, would definitely stay again. The communication with the host was great, they responded very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Place

Our family of 3 stayed for a week in mid-June. The communication with the hosts both before and during the trip was clear and prompt. The house itself was very clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pool and lanai are perfect! The location was central to our needs and the neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again!

Perfect home

My husband & I love this home. The location to our family is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked, making it so easy to host family meals, the pool area is the best for spending a relaxing day. The location in the cul-de-sac is family friendly. If you need the owners, they respond extremely fast.

The property was perfect for our needs/plans. The property owner was very good at communicating for check-in/check-out and questions. The location was perfect to easily access several beaches or simply to relax at the pool. The area has so many points of interest. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. Thankful for a fantastic week!

Nice Stay Mar 13-27 2024

It has a nice pool. Heated to 80f it seems cold at first entry but nice once you get in. House and pool were very clean. House ac was cool, maybe a bit too cool. Large dining room table to play cads on. Beds were reasonably comfortable, but could use some better pillows. Internet connection was fast and reliable. The grill worked well except for the grease fire due to past renters not cleaning it. There were only a few sharp knives, so if you cook steak you will have to share. Not many pool safe dishes and pots and pans need replacement. We used the provided beach chairs (4-6) and the beach cart. They were great. The pool area is nice but there are no lounges. Just chairs. Access to a bathroom from the pool area requires a trip through the house. Inside the LR had a nice tv with a Sling streaming app. We used our Hulu account. Only one TV in the house. None in bedrooms so we used our iPads. No recliners in the LR but a large couch with multiple pillows. Watch your head on the range vent hood :). Overall we had an enjoyable stay with food stores and many restaurants close by. The price is on the high side though.

Spring Break 2024

Very nice home. It's a bit of a drive from the beach with the traffic but worth the drive. Definitely somewhere that I would stay again. Looks a little sketchy when you pull in off Honour but don't let that fool you as it is just a couple of houses. The rest of the neighborhood looks nice. It is quiet with friendly neighbors.

My husband & I along with our 4 children ages 5-11 stayed here for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & beach supplies! The pictures portrays the property accurately. Frank & Maria were wonderful, accommodating, & communicative! We will definitely stay again!
