Cozy winter condo in Owl’s Nest Resort

A must-visit year-round location! Owl's Nest Resort is located in Thornton, NH, and is centrally located just two minutes off of I-93 nestled in the beautiful mountains.
Located only 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon & 30 minutes to Cannon.
This condo can comfortably sleep 8 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is great for entertaining the whole family with a large living room & kitchen.

The space:
Enjoy the massive deck on the back of this unit with beautiful views of hole 11, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, an oversized one-car garage, a large living room with entertaining space, a toasty gas fireplace, and many more amenities.
The unit is two levels with a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom/laundry room and a living room on the first level. Upstairs has a large second living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with a bunk bed-full & 2 twin beds, full bathroom to share, and a lovely deck off the back to enjoy the beautiful weather.
This condo is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to all Owl’s Nest Resort amenities.

Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center
You’ll receive a key card that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round.
Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy.

Golf & Racquet Sports
Owl’s Nest features a public 18-hole golf course, and you can also enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts.

There are several on-site restaurants to enjoy, as well as the WellNest Spa offering a range of treatments.

220 Volt electric car chargers are available for use in the resort.

I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO at Owls Nest! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home.The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch VRBO experience. Great spot!

Even with my 90 year old mother with us, she handled the stairs very well. The place was beautiful and great views! We attended my niece's wedding at the Owl's Nest resort which was handy dandy for us. We will be back again someday! Thank you.

Nice weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Owls Nest! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for two or even ten people. From spices and coffee to tin foil and baggies, no detail was overlooked. The location was perfect, with easy access to Loon Mountain, a grocery store, and even a Dunkin' (a must for us). The Owl Nest neighborhood was also fantastic for walks and sledding. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant. We truly had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Cozy condo at owls nest

We just finished a 3 days stay at this fabulous owls nest condo and couldn’t be happier about our experience. The place is immaculate, very well furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax for morning coffee, play games during the day, or chill out after skiing. For those not familiar, owls nest has continues to develop and the amenities just keep getting better. Restaurants, delis, tennis/paddle/ pickleball courts galore…and of course the outdoor, all season pool and hot tub. And this is only 15 minutes from Waterville valley, and probably a bit more to cannon. Anyway, the owners were highly responsive to and all questions. They have taken great care to make sure their guests are very comfortable and every need is met. We will definitely be booking more trips at this great spot!!! Thank!

Weekend Stay

We had a great stay at the cozy winter condo at Owl's Nest - the house was absolutely perfect for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The condo is clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. It was also great to be able to access all that the resort had to offer. We hope to return!

Lovely Vacation

This is our second stay at this property and we always enjoy our time here. The host is wonderful and very responsive. The grounds at Owl's Nest are lovely and meet all our needs, from location of trails to onsite workout room and dining. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

We were there for a family wedding and had a wonderful time! The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The deck made it nice to sit and visit or just enjoy the fresh air. This condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. I do have one caveat. There was a boys golf/tennis camp(?) going on while we were there and they inundated the pool in the afternoons. Obviously no fault of the owner but definitely limited our time of enjoyment poolside.

Weddding weekend

We went to Owls Nest for a long weekend and a wedding. The condo was perfect for our family. Check in was easy. The kids loved the pool and work out area that were directly across the driveway from the condo. Maddie was great and made it all easy for us.

We absolutely loved this property! We had a wedding both Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day weekend this year at Owl’s Nest and this was the BEST find. House was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with!

Owls nest ski vacation

Property was clean, as described and great communication with the manager. Plenty of room for two couples and four kids to play within the condo, on the grounds outside in the snow, and what a hit the heated outdoor pool and hot tub were! Any issues (leaving a kids toiletry bag behind) we’re addressed promptly and professionally. Planning on staying here again!

Great house right on golf course and directly opposite pool and gym. House was immaculate. Could not get the downstairs TV to work, we all tried. Went to connect it with my computer with a HDMI, but there was no HDMI port on TV. That was disappointing, and the downstairs bed was not comfortable at all. We couldn't get the stove above 400, it was a bit confusing, regular pre heat did not get it above 270, but was a button for I think express pre heat that got it to 400...but still not as hot as would have liked. All that aside was a good house and we enjoyed out time there, but expected better for the price we paid$$$

We had a great time staying at this condo for a wedding. The space was much larger than we expected, and was stocked with everything we needed. The host really had everything covered, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Hose was very responsive and there were no issues with booking or getting into the place. Loved it!

Wedding and golf weekend

Highly recommend. Plenty of room. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Loved having first floor en suite and separate living area. Golf course was fantastic. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars on cleanliness was the ceiling fans need to be dusted. It was the first warm weekend and I couldn't circulate the air and was unable to open the bedroom and bathroom window.

Great place!!

We loved this place. Great location, clean, close to Plymouth & several Ski resorts. Most importantly, right off 93 highway. Would definitely book again.
