Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The set-ups can be reserved at a rate of $65 per day. The living room features an 82-inch 4G Samsung flat-screen TV, beautiful white teak coffee and end tables, and new high end coordinated furniture. The dining area offers a unique fish chandelier over a beach-chic table and six chairs. The spacious breakfast bar features additional seating, wall USB ports, and a gorgeous white high-gloss expansive countertop. Both areas contain a common south wall that has floor-to-ceiling windows opening directly onto the furnished balcony overlooking the gulf. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a new Bosch stainless steel dishwasher, glass top range, and microwave that also serves as a second convection oven. It also contains a new Moen farm-style stainless steel sink and Nio high-arc faucet. All cookware, utensils, and place settings are fresh and new with a modern flair.

The master bedroom has new king bedroom furniture, mattresses and bedding, a 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom has been completely renovated to include a frameless glass and beautiful high-end tile spa shower and a large bathtub with integrated tile work. The bathroom features a gorgeous white high-gloss countertop, a double vanity with new Kohler porcelain white sinks, Kichler lighting, and modern Moen 90 Degree faucets with matching towel bars, and a new comfort height toilet. One of the guest bedrooms features a new king size bed with a new mattress and bedding, new 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV’s, and private access to north balconies overlooking the Destin area.
The second guest bedroom has new queen size bedroom furniture with a new mattress and bedding, new 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV’s, and private access to north balconies also overlooking the Destin area. Similar to the master bathroom, the other bathrooms have carried forward the same high fashion design by featuring the same new gorgeous white countertops, Kohler porcelain sinks, Moen modern 90 Degree faucets, towel bars, shower set-ups, and Kichler lighting along with comfort height toilets. The living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa.

If all this wasn’t enough, there is new tile flooring throughout the unit. The entire condo has had all walls, trim, doors, and ceilings freshly painted. The artwork is original pieces from Halfmoon Gallery, and many of the window coverings are new. The attention to detail has been outstanding, and all this provides a cohesive upscale modern design.
