Really thoughtful hosts. Had everything for our family, especially that ping pong table and game room! House was spacious and so equipped that you barely need to leave! Location is so close to Crystal Bridges, down town and phenomenal restaurants (our fave being Blu Fresh Fish Marketplace). If visiting Bentonville, definitely stay here!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the House's house because it was very comfortable, roomy and perfectly located for all Bentonville biking and exploring! The house has everything and lots of fun activities for kids. Great, quick communication with the hosts. Definitely recommend for families or biking adventurists.

This property is outstanding and communication from the Hosts was easy, timely and very pleasant. Absolutely enjoyed staying with them and plan to contact them again for our next planned trip. Cannot recommend this property too much ... don't worry about anything and just book it!

We loved the House's House! It's perfect for families / friends staying together. The layout having two living areas was so perfect staying here with kids / teens! Beautiful house! Very well stocked! Comfy beds! Very clean! Check in was super easy and the hosts were very communicative from the moment we booked. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Houses' House! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking, and the game room was so great. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay with my in-laws at the Houses' House! Hunter was amazing with communication from booking to check in information to offering suggestions and answering questions. The house was in a great location that was close to many Bentonville sites. The house worked really well for our family with the primary bedroom separated from the other bedrooms, the sleeping arrangements, number of bathrooms, and a nice, well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated having a large dining room table we could all have meals at together and play games at. Our kids LOVED the outdoor sports court and the activities for kids including Pac Man, ping pong, movies, and lots of toys. They also thoroughly enjoyed the welcome basket the Houses left for us. The patio and front porch were nice outdoor spaces. We appreciated the open layout of the common areas and that there was the separate playroom where the kids could play while the adults were conversing yet there was plenty of room to all be together too. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the Houses' house to others! Thanks again House Family!

Great Host, Great Location, Great House!

The host and house are great!!! The house is very big and has two large living areas great for multiple families and kids. The backyard is large and has a sports court. Great for pets and kids. The house has everything you need for cooking. The location is very convenient to the square. I had a question or two for the host and they were very responsive. If you are coming here to ride bikes or looking for a spot to explore Bentonville, I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

This property accommodated our multi-generational family reunion perfectly! Ample beds and bathrooms were available for six adults, three small children and an infant; a well-equipped kitchen served us well, and we all got to sit at the dining room table together! The playroom was amazing and the adults vs. children backyard basketball game was hilarious!! The location of the house is close to many entertainment opportunities and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely.

Wonderful Bentonville Home!

What an amazing home! This is the best VRBO property we've ever stayed in. It is very clean and so well stocked - they've seriously thought of everything! The location is great - close to downtown, museums, bike trails, etc. We had two adults and three teens in our group, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and even let us know it would be ready earlier than the original 4pm check in time. We cannot recommend the House House enough!

We’ve stayed in a lot of properties and this one was by far, the best equipped. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed staying there.

Family Fun

Great location close enough to bike to the trails and walk into town. Plenty of fun things to do at the house and plenty of room for lots of guests. Dogs loved the fenced in back yard and kids love playing basketball. Host were extremely easy to communicate with.

Great space for the fam!

The Houses thought of everything. Best stocked VRBO we’ve ever rented. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Home has plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Location is great to both downtown and the MTB trails. Quiet neighborhood that’s 2 minutes from a Wal mart market. The Houses even welcomed us w a snack basket and all kinds of recommendations for restaurants, etc. would highly recommend!

Blown away by Bentonville

My family had a phenomenal stay at the houses's house last week for spring break. This house was perfect for our four kids ages 1, 6, 8, 9. This house kept the older kids busy with the pac man video game unit, game table in the game room, and basketball court in the backyard. This house had plenty of entertainment for the one year including chalk in the front yard, a piano and tiny coloring table that was perfectly her size.The house was perfectly located within minutes of downtown Bentonville, countless bike trails, the amazeum, and the crystal Bridges museum. The hosts had great communication and flawless check in and out. Me and my family would highly recommend this home for future vacationers!

Perfection!

This home was perfect for our extended stay! The location is close to the square and easy, quick access down 8th street, through the new Wal-Mart campus to interstate 49. House was fully equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms, first aid supplies for the bikers, and a super big play room full of activities for littler kids. Beds were very comfortable and house was immaculate upon our arrival. Finally, a fabulous hosts to top of our stay. 10 out of 10 - you will not be disappointed!

They thought of everything!

The House's house was a great place to stay! Good condition, high-quality fit/finish, nice layout, fantastic kitchen and comfortable amenities. What sets this house apart is all of the details they thought of. The house is stocked for anything you can think of. The neighbors are nice, too.

Great stay for a group of 5+ MTB friends

We had 6 middle aged guys from MN in town for riding and hanging out. This was a great property- very clean, well kept, well stocked and convenient for all the riding and post ride relaxing. Really liked the cooking and kitchen setup, and had a great time using the fire pit too. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for families

We loved staying here! We come each summer to see my brother and this house was incredibly kid friendly and kept them busy during our down time. Not once did we hear I’m bored lol. The beds were also very comfortable with soft sheets and the house was nice and cold at night (we have had issues with other older home rentals in the area struggling in the 90-100 degree temps to get cool enough to sleep comfortably so this was a big win) Highly recommend! My only negative was it’s not quite walking distance to downtown for our crew due to length, construction, and heat. Still an incredible location and you could easily walk as adults but it’s a bit too long for little legs imo! Took us 3 min in the car to get there but just wanted to mention because sometimes we do stay at ones that we can walk! Would definitely pick this again over others for all the amenities and entertainment for kids!

Spring Break MTB Trip

This home accommodated our perfectly for our spring trip to Bentonville. Quiet neighborhood with only short walk/ride to town square and trailhead, very well equipped, plenty of entertainment for the kiddos between rides, and a great backyard for so our pooch could join us. The hosts were super responsive when we booked and kindly checked in with us along the way to ensure we had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again!

Hello! We are the Houses, a young family with 3 sons, and we’re super grateful you chose to book with us for your stay in Bentonville. This is our sole Airbnb in Bentonville, so you get our undivided attention.

Originally from West Memphis, AR (Hunter) and St. Louis, MO (Alex) we met back in 2009 at the University of Arkansas. We’ve called Northwest Arkansas home ever since, and while we’ve lived in 3 different cities in the area, we absolutely love living in the beautiful city of Bentonville!

We have 3 sons who love the outdoors, biking, and all things on the square. Don’t be surprised if you run into us while you’re down there. We’ve designed and renovated this home to be a place of rest, gathering, and fun for us, and we hope those are some of the things you get to experience during your stay!

Location! Just a bike ride away from the best restaurants, trails, shops, and museums Bentonville has to offer. Seriously, all that stuff is less than a mile away. It's perfect.

Space! There's so much space to spread out. 4 bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space. 3.5 bathrooms make it easy to get ready for your activities. Large backyard with basketball court, fire pit, blackstone griddle, and large charcoal grill are great for entertaining. Front porch is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee! The 2 living rooms provide a spot for parents to gather while kids play in the other room.
