Just book it!! This place was amazing. We travelled with our four kiddos and they all raved that “this was the best place ever!.” We loved the two living rooms - the bunk beds- the basketball court in the back - how they had everything our kiddos needed (booster seats, kids cups and plates, toys and books!). The best for mom and dad was the convenience to Walmart market - 2min drive! And walkable to a park, the Amazeum, crystal bridges and Bentonville square! Will book again!

The House’s House was an excellent accommodation for a girls weekend getaway. It was very well appointed, updated, and stocked with plenty of paper goods, kitchen necessities, toiletries, condiments, coffee/tea, snacks and first aid kit conveniences. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating and games for a big group. The location is ideal, within walking distance to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. The home owners are very responsive to each message and questions we had. They picked up our preordered charcuterie to have at the house when we arrived since we weren’t going to be in town in time to pick it up. The first morning in the house, we had an issue that we notified the owners about and they had it fixed within hours. For a group of 6, this house was absolutely perfect, clean, updated, and comfortable. A great stay!

The host was very accommodating and allowed an early check-in. We had (5) adults and (5) kids under the age of 9, though we only had a maximum of (8) stay any given night. The play room, backyard and garage were all set up with games and entertainment options. The basketball court was exceptional and heavily utilized. Great location!

Really thoughtful hosts. Had everything for our family, especially that ping pong table and game room! House was spacious and so equipped that you barely need to leave! Great location close enough to bike to the trails and walk into town. Plenty of fun things to do at the house and plenty of room for lots of guests. Dogs loved the fenced in back yard and kids love playing basketball. Host were extremely easy to communicate with.

Hello! We are the Houses, a young family with 3 sons, and we’re super grateful you chose to book with us for your stay in Bentonville. This is our sole Airbnb in Bentonville, so you get our undivided attention.

Originally from West Memphis, AR (Hunter) and St. Louis, MO (Alex) we met back in 2009 at the University of Arkansas. We’ve called Northwest Arkansas home ever since, and while we’ve lived in 3 different cities in the area, we absolutely love living in the beautiful city of Bentonville!

We have 3 sons who love the outdoors, biking, and all things on the square. Don’t be surprised if you run into us while you’re down there. We’ve designed and renovated this home to be a place of rest, gathering, and fun for us, and we hope those are some of the things you get to experience during your stay!

Location! Just a bike ride away from the best restaurants, trails, shops, and museums Bentonville has to offer. Seriously, all that stuff is less than a mile away. It's perfect.

Space! There's so much space to spread out. 4 bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space. 3.5 bathrooms make it easy to get ready for your activities. Large backyard with basketball court, fire pit, blackstone griddle, and large charcoal grill are great for entertaining. Front porch is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee! The 2 living rooms provide a spot for parents to gather while kids play in the other room.
