House was very nice, clean and comfortable. Backyard was great with the grill and fire pit. (Hot tub as well but we didn’t use it)

Bike trip

Great location, close to everything, plenty of room, hot tub was a plus after riding, also had one in tub beds were comfortable,could use a few upgrade’s but over all enjoyed our stay, would stay again.

Cute comfortable home away from home.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the hot tub was an amazing touch. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and good spices. We hope to book here aging next year for the event we came for this year. The location is prime to downtown and for riding out of to trails and bike paths.

Wonderful Stay

We booked this VRBO for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. Great location, house was clean, hot tub was running and was perfect. Wouldn’t change anything and we will be back!

Great stay!

Very clean and spacious. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. We didn't have any issues while staying here, but Staci was very communicative if issues were to arise. We would stay here again!

Really appreciate the relaxing vibe of Staci’s home really walkable to downtown. Has all the things a traveler needs to make it comfortable stay. Bike rack in laundry room is a nice touch

Plenty of space with a great yard and hot tub! Just a short walk to the square and conveniently located by bike trails. Was clean and spacious!

Great place to stay and friendly+helpful hosts!

The stay was great, conveniently located downtown in Bentonville close to a lot of great spots to check out. Only small issue we had was sorted out pretty quickly and very friendly communication with the host. (Definitely recommend using text over emails for them to get a response.)

Great host and trip

The house was exactly as pictured; clean, spacious, well-stocked, and had a large backyard. Our host was responsive to any questions we had and left helpful suggestions for food and activities. We would book again for sure.

Everything about this Vrbo was awesome!

Everything about this Vrbo was awesome! Close enough to downtown but yet far enough away to enjoy your stay. We were able to ride our bikes everywhere and getting food was a walk away. Plus, we were able to include our pugs which is huge for us! The hot tub worked nicely after a long day and we loved the location. Our host provided us with everything we needed and didn’t have any issues! We will definitely stay here again. 5 ⭐️

Great Stay in the NWA

We loved our stay here. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of exploration and our dog loved the spacious back yard. Also we inadvertently left our tablet at the property and it was no trouble at all to swing by to pick it up after our checkout time. This was truly a 5 star experience! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Just perfect! The house was perfectly comfortable and the location was great. We were a short walk to everything and a quick ride to the bike trails. The private back yard and bike storage was just icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!

Everything You Need

We had a great stay in Bentonville for Easter! Thank you for so many extras! Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out! We walked downtown and back easily, as well as on trails. Wonderful location!

Great Location Great House

The location is perfect. It's a short walk downtown and a quick ride to the Slaughter Pen Trails. The kitchen was fully stocked and very easy to cooki in! The laundry room/bike room was a great addition as well. The backyard was very inviting for a cold beer after a hot ride! The host, Staci was very communicative and responded quickly. We were very happy to spend a week here. We could have stayed longer but now we know a week is just not long enough. We will be back to the 404.

Ideal location

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There were dog walkers and bikers on the streets throughout the day. It was a short and easy ride from the property to the Slaughter Pen trailhead or Black Apple Creek trail. Our dog loved playing in the enclosed backyard. The large mud room made setting up a kennel very convenient, as it was spacious and it opened to the back. Plenty of space in there for several bikes as well. The house was older, but it was clean and well maintained. It made a nice home base for our explorations around NWA and was ideally set up and situated for mountain biking, in particular.

Good and Not So Goid

The location of this rental is ideal! Youre minytes from Slaughterpen trails, and a short walk to downtown Bentonville. 5 stars!! Thats the good. Now for the Not so Good: The hottub never worked, even after servicing. The battery operated key code box had the batteries die as we needed to get in. We managed to get into the house by virtue of an unintentionally unlocked door. While we waited to get in, we never heard from the host. It was HOURS later yhat she finally responded with nothing to offer. A pest control tech showedup as we were wrapping up breakfast. Not a hige deal, but no notice whatsoever was. provided by the host. We left a ]uece of gear behind, and the host said shed check for it. i had a photo of the left behind piece of gear tgat was in my walk-through cgeck out video. i shared that with the host and asked for the article yo be mailed to me and offered to pay. I never heard back from her despite miltiple attemprs to connect. The Host was incredibly difficult to get in touch with, even as real time issues emerged (busted hot tub, locked out!!)
