Penthouse 14 in the Jasmine Tower at North Beach Resort is a COMPLETELY remodeled condo with all new finishes and decor. This is NOT your typical condo unit.

Penthouse 14 is located on the 20th floor of the Jasmine Tower in North Beach Resort. Imagine hopping on the elevator and saying "penthouse please"! This condo offers some of the absolute BEST views you can imagine on the oceanfront and coastline in North Myrtle Beach!

Here are the details of this property:

1. Two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps 6 maximum. NO PULLOUT COUCH!
2. Master suite has king bed and en suite spa bath, dual rain head shower
3. Hall bedroom has two queen beds and adjoining bath with tub/shower combo
4. Fully equipped kitchen with dishware, cutlery and small appliances
5. WE PROVIDE ALL SHEETS, BATH TOWELS and KITCHEN LINENS at no additional charge.
6. Flat screen tv's with resort provided cable and WiFi
7. Quart countertops, luxury vinyl flooring throughout
8. Modern furnishings and designer decor
9. Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms and living space

1. Our rates INCLUDE departure cleaning

4. Pets are NOT allowed IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

NORTH BEACH RESORT INFO:

- 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools. Some pools may be heated in cooler months for swimming access.

- Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Shuttle service is available to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

- Cinzia Spa access where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments. Spa fees apply for all services

- Located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

Property lived up to photos. Excellently furbished & well provisioned for our stay. Check in & check out was super easy! Overall property had great pools & hot tubs and quick access to the beach. View was amazing & it was wonderful to be able to sit on the balcony & hear the ocean waves. Highly recommend this unit!

We had an unforgettable family vacation and this condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! From the moment we arrived we were blown away by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was huge and offered incredible views of the pools and ocean. We cant recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot.

Fantastic week in North Myrtle!

My husband and I took our daughters (age 8 & 10) to North Myrtle for the first time in 7 years. Although we were a bit hesitant to stay at North Beach Towers again after a less than stellar experience 7 years ago, we liked the looks of this particular unit and decided to give it a try. We are SO GLAD WE DID! This condo was immaculate, looked exactly like the photos online, and had everything we needed for an amazing week at the beach.We noted several times that we felt “at home” in this unit, it was decorated so tastefully, and was the perfect size for our little family of 4. The next time we visit North Myrtle, this is the only place we will consider booking.

Penthouse Condo at North Beach Resort

Blanche’s condo was exactly as pictured! Exceptional penthouse condo! Very clean, modern and roomy enough for our family of 5. A few things to note to assist others in searching for a vacation property in North It’s across the street from Barefoot Landing which includes some of our favorite restaurants (Blueberry’s Grill). So many restaurant options to choose from. Also several kids activities in close proximity.The resort itself was very nice, clean and well maintained, however, I would not consider it a luxury resort. I would rate it 4 stars.The pool area was awesome with several pools to choose from including several kiddie pools, a kiddie slide and indoor lazy river which my 6 year old loved!If you are planning to stay a while and intend on cooking please be sure to purchase seasonings and oil/butter. Blanche provides all appliances, cooking and eating utensils but I failed to buy salt and pepper so I had to make another run to the store to be able to season my food.If you plan to use the washer/dryer you need to bring your own laundry detergent as the unit does not include that either.Blanche is an amazing host and very responsive! Check-in process was extremely smooth.If I had any complaints it would be the resort map is not updated to show that the BeachFit gym was relocated. While the gym was VERY nice, we had a hard time finding it at first.Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation at Blanche’s penthouse condo!

Spring Break 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blanche’s penthouse condo! The location was great for what we were looking for…close to Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants, as well as golf, outlet mall and many other restaurants. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, cozy & comfortable, with beautiful views. The decor and details were very nice and made us feel like we were at the beach. It was perfect for a family of four! Our teenage kids enjoyed the indoor pool, lazy river and games. The outdoor pools were pretty cold and the only heated pool was not open due to maintenance. Pool bar had great drinks! We were a little disappointed that that two of the three restaurants onsite were only open on the weekends so we weren’t able to enjoy them during our stay. Overall, we highly recommend Blanches Beach condo and the North Beach Plantation!

Unit is freshly decorated and the cleaning staff did a great job in advance of our visit. The property manager was responsive and professional. The unit is stocked with all the basics. We were here for only a few days. If you are coming for the week and cooking in the unit, I would say pack it if you need it outside the regular stuff. You also need to either rent or bring beach chairs. Plenty of seating in the pool areas.Security seemed to be doing a good job of letting people have a good time without going overboard and impacting others.Overall a solid option in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully-decorated condo! The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. We had a very minor issue and contacted the host during our stay, and she responded extremely quickly. The location was close to so many options for food, shopping, and entertainment. In short, this place has everything, and we hope to return in the future.

Beautiful condo

Lovely furnishings, very clean and up to date. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues - none that affected our stay. It's obvious Blanche cares about the condition of her property and making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests. Highly recommend!
