★ QUIET HOURS (Zero Tolerance Policy) ★
The City of Ann Arbor strictly enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels low during this time, both inside and outside the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints. Our neighbors are attentive and will report disturbances directly. One noise complaint will result in immediate forfeiture of the remainder of your stay without refund.

★HOST COMMUNICATION★
We respond to all guest inquiries during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. For true emergencies, we are reachable after hours, but please understand that outside of business hours our focus is on being present with our families.
We believe that in a world driven by constant connectivity, time with family is something worth protecting. Our commitment is to our families first and our guests second. If this does not align with your expectations, we completely understand and ask that you do not book a stay here.

★ 3PM CHECK-IN; 10AM CHECK-OUT ★
This home is large and in high demand, which means our cleaning team needs the full time between guests to properly prepare it.
Because of this, we CANNOT accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Allowing these would prevent us from booking the following night, since our cleaners require the entire turnover window.
If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, the best option is to book an additional night before or after your stay, if available.

We're happy to welcome your furry friend! we allow certain pets with an additional fee of $75 per night to help cover cleaning and any extra wear and tear.
Pet owners must agree to the two following terms:
-Please make sure your pet is leashed at all times when outside, whether in the yard or the neighborhood.
If you're planning to bring a pet, please let us know what kind of pet you have (Breed).

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
