Beautifully renovated and eloquently furnished on the West side of Ann Arbor; Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 4 bedroom, 3 bath single-family home with garage parking for two vehicles. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown and a 7 minute drive to the stadium. The surrounding area has many shopping, grocery and restaurant options for all your needs. Fenced in dog run in the backyard! No cats. This property features security cameras around the exterior of the home.

Ashley our host was wonderful. Helpful and communicative. The house itself was in a great area, close to campus, and an easy drive. Well appointed kitchen, easy to cook and have meals. My only complaint would be the that the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable.

We had a lovely time in this spacious but still warm and cozy home. The location is great and neighborhood is charming. It was perfect for our family to make meals together in the well appointed kitchen and relax in the lovely living room. Our hosts were very attentive and communicative which made our arrival and departure completely smooth.

Ashley is a great host, and communicated with us prior to our stay, which I appreciated. The house was perfect for our extended family in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, and we were happy to have extra parking in the driveway and garage (really happy about that when it snowed!!). The house was close to everything we needed to do in downtown Ann Arbor as well as convenient to lots of local shops and restaurants.

Lovely Stay

Our family enjoyed our six day stay in this home. The neighborhood is lovely and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and community pool. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and we were glad that the air conditioning worked during the high heat. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time with all of our adult children and four grandchildren, age 2 and under. Property was clean and comfortable. We were very lucky to be given an early check-in since we had four babies who had traveled all morning and needed a nap. The host was always communicative and helpful. Plenty of towels, dish, detergent, and necessary supplies in the bathroom.

No contact with host other than email. No instruction in the house as to trash collection days, recycle, places of interest in Ann Arbor, etc. A quick response though on very loud, vibrating heating fan in one of the bedrooms. Had to unplug in the cellar every night. House was clean and met our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Weekend getaway

The home is in a beautiful neigorhood in close proximity to our Ann Arbor activities. Plenty of space for our families and the beds were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and lots of available parking, including garage parking. The owner was quick to respond to our texts and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect House

We were in town for my son's wedding and were able to accommodate our family very well in this house. Plenty of beds and space for people to spread out but a nice dining room table to gather. Garage was a nice bonus and the kitchen was well stocked and updated.

This property has the old world charm of the early 1900's but has been updated to include a master ensuite, central air, modern kitchen and second floor bohemian oasis. Three full bathrooms make it perfectly comfortable for large groups and family gatherings. It is a space that has charmed me since the moment I saw it!
