St. Pete Beach, America’s #1 rated white sand beach, is only a short 1 mile walk or drive! 3br/2ba, fully furnished and turn key, with everything you need for an awesome Florida vacation!

Private, fully furnished, turn key, three bedroom (one king, one queen size beds, one trundle bed) Two full bathrooms Kitchen with granite is fully equipped, spacious living room and dining room, with separate laundry room with new full sized washer and dryer. Bed linens, towels, and dishwashing soap. Beach chairs, towels, pool noodles and boogie board all available and provided for your convenience.

This first-floor WATERFRONT condo has a private patio overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay from the beautiful Isla del Sol.

After a day of visiting downtown Saint Petersburg or walking the beautiful white sand beaches, looking for shells in the clear water, come swim or sit by our heated pool or relax in the hot tub only step away from your front door. Minimum weekly rental.

Perfect getway

Great location! Stayed with my two young kids- location was right across from the pool which made it super easy to enjoy. Only a 5 minute car ride to the beach! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Waterfront Vacation Spot

The property was in the perfect location with awesome waterfront views. Our host was very accommodating and easy to contact. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

Lovely condo on the water

Perfect for a multigenerational family vacation. One-story ease with water views that allowed us to have a beach vacation all day, every day. The dolphin sightings were a welcome bonus!

Nice Location, great pool

The condo was comfortable, with a nice patio and a lovely view of the bay. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Great pool close to the condo. I believe that the new owner is making improvements to the condo, and I hope she continues since it could use additional updating.

A condo with a view.

My wife and I spent a month at this condo. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the patio was incredible. We started every morning with coffee on the patio and watched the sunset almost every evening. Great location, pools, grounds and close to everything. We have already booked this unit for next year. Cannot wait to go back.

Great Location

Stayed for week with family and had a great time. The location was perfect, and the pool area was located conveniently near the pool which was great. The first floor patio was perfect for sitting and watching for dolphins while the guys fished. The listing showed a patio table and chairs, there wasn't a table , but the owner was amazing and had one delivered to the unit immediately. The owner was very responsive. The only recommendation would be to have some sort of shade for the patio like an umbrella other than that, everything was great and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Patio and Living Room, but needs more maintenance

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week over the Holidays. We enjoyed the back patio with a view of the water, sunlit afternoons and a nice breeze. Our visit was 2 months after the Hurricanes and the region is still recovering, so I am sympathetic to the situation. However the unit could be better maintained and stocked with the essentials to ensure each guest is set up for a successful stay before they arrive. Our host was very responsive to issues that came up, but they could have been prevented in the first place.

Worth every penny

Missed having a blender but the kitchen was fully equipped. The 3rd bedroom was so small that it was difficult to move around and access the washer and dryer as needed. Other than that, it was perfect!!!!!! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

The condo location was amazing and was in good order except a few details. Did not know we needed a parking permit until there was a warning on the car. Property management co. worked with us to pick up after hours so it all worked out. 2 smoke detectors were beeping and didn't find replacement batteries. Electrician was going to leave batteries but never did. Overall our stay was great!!

Very nice condo

Shary was very accommodating and helpful anytime that I reached out. The unit was very clean and well supplied except for limited supply of beach towels, there were only two. It was very inconvenient that the ice maker did not work. The sink in the second bathroom had a leaky faucet which was annoying, Shary did offer to send someone over to look at that but we declined. From the pictures we knew that the "third bedroom" was small, but honestly, I don't know how that could be called a bedroom. We didn't need it so it didn't impact us but other renters may want to be made aware of the of the reality of the size.

Lovely stay at Isla Del Sol!

Condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. everything is as stated in the listing. Shary was quick to respond to communication by phone, email and text. The Sunpass is an excellent perk as there's a toll coming onto the island from either direction. It was also great to have beach chairs/toys and boogie boards in the unit. Would stay here again any time!

Darkness in Florida

This condo was in need of care and located on a members only golf course. Entering the place you could see chips on wall corners and scuffs on walls. The interior is dark, as is the furniture. The kitchen counter was cracked, chipped and pulling away from surfaces in some spots. Only one of several electric outlets worked in the kitchen. This was not fixed until four days into my stay. I had to make coffee in the LR. When I went to use the coffee maker there were molded grounds in the container. The place was not clean. The basics were missing - ice cube trays, corkscrew, paper towels, starter bath soap, dish towels. She did order a corkscrew and ice cube trays while I was there. The main TV stopped working during my final two days there. This place was a catastrophe. It’s also in a location where a car is needed to get anywhere and you have to pay a toll to get there. This was a frustrating and unpleasant experience from beginning to end. Found out the owner had sold the condo and it was closing in the next two weeks. It should never have been rented in this shape. I feel cheated out of money and a pleasant vacation.

Florida Condo

The Condo and surrounding area was vey nice. Our condo was not clean when we arrived. We ended up cleaning it again and contacted the owner who agreed to have the carpets cleaned. There are other minor issues that the owner tried to make it right,, but being not from the area made it almost impossible. The community and pool were in good shape and not overcrowded. Our condo was being sold while we were there. We allowed the realtor in for showings during our rental. The condo owner said she would compensate us for the inconvenience with a gift, but didn't deliver. We requested a refund for cleaning fee which was not received. Security deposit has not been returned and we have been out for 10 days. VRBO I assume that is your responsibility?

Exactly as pictured. Highly recommended.

This place was very comfortable, we loved the location, amenities and use of the sunpass (thank you!). We enjoyed watching the golfers, swimming at the pool and hit tub. We were able to flip the pink bed spread to grey for our 9yr old. We will likely stay here again.

Great Condo

Convenient location, condo had everything that you would need, from kitchen utensils to beach supplies. She was very quick to respond on all of my inquiries. The only complaint I have is not being notified in advance that the parking lot was being resurfaced during our stay, making parking very difficult.

Amazing location! Would highly recommend for a family vacation! Lots of stuff to do during the day and quiet at night! Kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee, pans (minus cookie sheet), and tupperware! Great communication too!

Lovely stay

Easy to stay here. Large 2 bedroom condo with everything you need to make it your home. Great pool area and a short walk to the beach. Condo owner was kind and gave great recommendations and service to our family.

Wonderful vacation!

Shary the owner was so attentive to everything. The condo had everything you could possibly need. Condo was clean and ready. Even adding coffee was so appreciated. Location was perfect close to all our favorite resteraunt s. We found so new great places and appreciated Shary’s recommendations. We would definely return! Thank you!
