Enjoy beach front living! Corner 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful ocean-front views from the large balcony! Sleeps 8 comfortably in 1,440 square feet.

Our Las Brisas corner beachfront condo is a third floor, three bedroom/two full bath condo that has beautiful ocean views from the large balcony!

The condo is directly on the Gulf of Mexico and located in the heart of Madeira Beach. It is within walking distance to many activities, restaurants and shopping, and is 40 minutes from Tampa and located between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete beach to the south.

It is only one mile to John's Pass, a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing and gambling charters, parasailing, waverunner rentals and has an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.

Madeira Beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including golf, Busch Gardens (45 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre and plenty of water sports. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

The primary bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and walk-in bathroom. Walk out to the balcony and enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom is set up with two Full size beds, and the third bedroom has one Queen size bed. The second bath with tub/shower combo is situated easily between the two bedrooms.

With two reserved parking spaces (rare along the beach!), a full size washer and dryer in the condo, a beautifully fully-equipped kitchen, and private WiFi service, the property is well set up for a week or a month, and the views will keep you coming back for more.

Las Brisas is a five story, 40 unit condo with under-building parking, easy access, elevator, beachfront swimming pool, Tiki Huts with gas grills, and a fabulous beach.

Please note there is NO SMOKING allowed in this unit or on its balcony. Smoking will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.

Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles has a height clearance of 6 foot 7 inches.

My family loved staying at your condo! We stay in this building nearly ever year and this unit was one of our favorites. Plenty of beach stuff, great location and a wonderful view! The only thing that would make it better are taller patio chairs for seeing over the railing. We loved our time! Thank you

Really appreciated the easy check in. Loved all the beach chairs, umbrellas .Very clean and plenty of kitchen supplies. Only complaint would be we had 4 tv’s and could have used some instruction! Not that we would sit and watch tv all day but a little news. Love the area and the condo

Such a wonderful place to stay! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and truly feels like a home away from home. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need for the beach, and the kitchen cabinets were filled with helpful extras like condiments and other little necessities that made our stay even easier. The owner was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay. The beachfront location is beautiful- gorgeous views and sunsets. We were impressed also with how well stocked the condo is - tons of beach toys, beach chairs, towels. Lindsey is a great hostess - very accessible. We would stay here again!

All I can say is… location, location, location… couldn’t get better! Well stocked kitchen necessities. Roomy eating area, gorgeous view from master bedroom and good view from one of the bedrooms of the beach:) host was great at communication and responded quickly and informatively.. plan on coming back:)

We loved staying here. The condo offers everything you need to have a great beach vacation and the location is terrific! We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets right from the balcony. Check in was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Great location, easy check in/out. Traveled with kids who loved all the beach toys. Kitchen was stocked and ready to use. One thing we’d recommend is brining extra blankets for bedtime. Overall, we loved our stay at Madeira Beach!

beach view was very nice .condo and parking was very nice.beds were all good.kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were well supplied.the only problem we had was clothes dryer vent was plugged so i had to clean it out worked fine afterwards.

This property has an incredible beach view and beach access! Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms was more than comfortable for four adults and two teenagers. All beach items needed were available for our use, the property was cutely decorated (with beach decor), and easy access to restaurants and shopping experiences. The sunsets were incredible! Accessing the property was simple, communication with owner was prompt, and parking spots were a plus. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

This was a beautiful and clean condo right over the beach with a great balcony to enjoy the sunset view each night. Plenty of chairs to sit on outside. Check in was super easy and Lindsay was quick to return communication before our stay to answer some questions we had about the condo. Lots of beach toys and chairs for days on the beach and smart TVs to log into to access streaming at night. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash which was a nice addition. Was glad to see hair dryers in the bathrooms which not all rentals have as well as a lightweight vacuum to pick up the sand throughout the week. Very clean property. We really enjoyed our trip.

great family vacation

Very nice facility - our normal condo had already been rented so we found this gem. Great for our family of 7 - enjoyed the view off the balcony each morning, very well stocked for the beach items. Only thing is there were not any extra blankets - Would definitely stay here again
