Rent a T2 apartment of 48m² with all comforts, at the foot of the slopes and with a balcony of 14m² with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley. Residence Le Valier in the heart of the ski resort of Guzet in Ariège.

Located at the foot of the slopes, with shops in the building (grocery store, Guzet Sport with ski and bike rentals), restaurants, pizzeria and mountain restaurant.

The 48 m² apartment (NON-SMOKING) is composed of:
- a large bedroom for 5 people
- 1 living room with open kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette set, crockery
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate toilet and 1 entrance hall

Sleeps 7:
- 5 beds in the bedroom: 2 single bunk beds and 1 bunk bed with 1 double bed 140x190 downstairs (new bedding from 2022) and 1 single bed upstairs.
- 2 beds in the main room with a trundle bed (new from 2022) for a single (90x200) or double (180x200) bed.
Only duvets and pillows are provided. To be provided (or to be rented on site): mattress pads, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.

Wall-mounted and adjustable flat screen TV + 1 armchair
Electric heaters and towel warmers in the bathroom (new from 2022). Smoke detectors.
Storage cupboards in the main room and bedroom.

Covered parking under the residence with 1 reserved space and direct access.

At 30 meters, a FITNESS room is at your disposal. The SWIMMING POOL and SAUNA in the residence open for school holidays. from summer 2024. Summer: outdoor swimming pool 2km away with mountain view
You will be welcomed by a concierge service for the handover of the keys, inventory of fixtures and other services you may need (linen rental). Possibility to use washing machine and dryer.

The amount of rent depending on the period (weekly rental): from €400 per week.

The administrative fee corresponds to the concierge service of €30. A cheque for €500 will be requested by the concierge and returned after your stay according to the inventory of fixtures.
The apartment must be left clean, if you do not or do the cleaning incorrectly at the end of your stay you will be charged 100 €. The loss of the key will also be charged 100 €.
A deposit of 30% will be paid for the signing of the rental contract.

Guzet Neige is a family-friendly, quiet and charming resort with ski slopes between 1400 m and 2100 m above sea level. Guzet is perhaps one of the best-kept secrets of the Ariège Pyrenees. This resort literally enchants its visitors who (re)discover the mountain here at its most wonderful.
From the steep slopes of Le Freychet to the gentle glide of Le Prat Mataou, skiing is everywhere and can be adapted to suit your desires.
