Nestled along Big Bayou, part of Tampa Bay, this secure gated community offers a beautiful waterfront setting, perfect for monthly stays, snowbirds, remote workers, or visiting professionals.
The spacious one-bedroom layout features a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The living room and bedroom include 55" Smart TVs with cable and streaming. A dedicated workspace with a desk makes it ideal for remote work, and the space can double as a small guest area with a twin air mattress.
You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, ample closet space, and hurricane-proof windows that fill the condo with natural light.

We absolutely loved our 28 day stay. The condo was exactly what we needed! It was roomy and perfect for the two of us. The complex, pool and lake (lagoon) was really, really nice…and the people were friendly and helpful, since we did not know the area. The bird life was picturesque! We always felt very safe. Beware….the HOA tenant application and background check is very long and expensive. We were quite surprised, but still loved our stay and hopefully will be back!

Nice community

Stayed a month and brought our dogs. Host is very accessible - easy to communicate with. Loved the community- the pool is wonderful- community very pet friendly- neighbors very friendly. There was a lot of hurricane damage to the landscape in the community but they were working on while we were there. They were also doing inspections of all the buildings and we had to be there for them to come into the unit to inspect the unit. You do have to pay extra charge for an HOA back ground check and the host requires you to pay for damage insurance that is an extra charge on top of VRBO charges.

Good location and amenities

Located almost exactly between downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete's Beach, it was easy to access restaurants in both area. The pond was a joy as we watched sea birds every day. The pool was one of the best we ever experienced. The exercise room was also well equipped. Invasive background check by the condo association was a big and expensive surprise but the property owner was a big help. Owner was overall very responsive.

Awesome stay!

My girlfriend and I (along with our small dog) stayed here for a month. We just moved from San Diego and were looking for a new permanent place in St. Petersburg. This was the perfect property for us during the transition. The apartment was spacious, clean, up-to-date and overall extremely comfortable. We loved how the gated community offered amenities (pool, gym, small dog park) and was very walkable/safe. Deanna was always very responsive and proactive with communication. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Lovely stay in a gated community just south of DTSP

My spouse and I stayed here for 2 months while we explored the St Pete area and had a wonderful stay. The condo is located in Coquina Key, just 10 minutes south of the lively downtown St Pete. The community is gated and well-maintained - everyone is respectful and it's very safe. The amenities are fantastic - we used the spacious pool daily and even made use of the tennis courts in the community. The condo itself feels large for a one bedroom and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The patio is spacious and overlooks a large pond where you can watch the birds and wildlife. Lastly, Deanna was extremely kind, helpful and communicative and made sure our stay was great! We would definitely recommend the condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay close to all the excitement of St Pete.

Wonderful Winter Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo to escape the cold weather in the Midwest. It is tastefully decorated and arranged comfortably with everything needed for a home away from home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ducks, pelicans and other Florida wildlife in the small lake behind the condo. The owner was quick to answer any issues or questions we had during our stay. Wonderful property and rental experience.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location, nice condo, wonderful neighbors. Access to all the joys of St. Petersburg and the benefits of the Waterside South complex (hot tub / great fitness center / bar) once you purchase the pass. Owner is great to work with and easy to communicate with.

St. Petersburg Condo with Pool

This place was great! We loved St. Pete. The neighborhood is fun and quirky. And close to downtown. The view from the back deck is wonderful. Cute pond with a fountain and lots of wildlife. Perfect for morning coffee. And storm watching. The pool was amazing and always fun. Plus a nice place for the doggie to run and potty. The condo is nice as well. Plenty of room for 2 (room for 4 if your good friends 😉or family) and a nice sized bedroom for you and your stuff. Also a washer and dryer which comes in handy when staying for a month! The hostess Deanna is a real gem and easy to communicate with. She took care of all our needs. My only complaint and it's minor is dealing with the gate and HOA. But totally worth it! After you get in your good to go! Oh! Also your on an island! How fun is that!? Fishing just down the street! The Doyers

Great Spacious Condo

I had a great experience here. The condo was in a nice complex, was spacious with lots of storage and was well equipped. The location was extremely pet friendly with a dog park right across from the parking area which was directly in front of the condo. Deanna was a great host, often checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and all was going well. Highly recommend!

Nice Property and Responsive Host

The condo association has a nice mix of age groups, a very nice pool area and clubhouse. Bed is comfortable and the unit is very spacious for a one bedroom. The complex itself is very nice, well maintained and feels safe. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to any issues. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake. Television in living room is a nice size. The internet works great, but there is no broadcast television or satellite service, so streaming (YouTube TV or Hulu) is really necessary. We look forward to returning.

Incredible stay

This place had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful. 10 mins from downtown St. Pete, parks nearby, 20 mins from St. Pete Beach. Great wildlife in the area and places to fish. The condo was perfect and stocked with toilet paper, laundry detergent, soaps, towels, and everything you could need for your stay. Will visit again if I get the opportunity.
