The home has three bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), one bathroom, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen. Towels and linens are provided. In the living room, make yourself comfortable in one of the recliners, enjoy the big screen TV (basic Roku streaming video), or the free WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook your own meals including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, drip coffeepot, pots/pans, dishes, and silverware.

In the evening you can relax on the deck, breathe in some fresh country air, and enjoy your favorite beverage. Picnic table, lawn chairs, and a large Weber kettle type charcoal grill are provided. (Bring your own charcoal/lighter).

Lots of wildlife and hundreds of acres of prime public hunting is within easy walking distance. We have lots of game for the hunter....deer, turkey, pheasant, quail, dove, rabbits, and squirrel. At Milford Lake, we have lots of fish for the fisherman....walleye, wiper, catfish, bass and crappie are plentiful. Only 30 minutes to Manhattan KS, 10 miles to Milford Lake, 6 miles to Clay Center KS, and an easy drive to Ft. Riley. Quiet country location and very private.
