Truly a bird's-eye view from this fully-furnished 21st floor unit that is absolutely perfect for family fun or a romantic escape. A Southwest vantage point affords you some of the best views of our wonderful sunsets. This 1-bedroom, 2 full bath, beach-front unit with bunk beds and fold-out couch, comfortably sleeps 6. This family-friendly resort includes 2 pools (including a kid's pool!), jacuzzi, snack bar, Starbuck's, retail shop, fitness center, and lounge on the sky-walk leading to the covered parking decks. We're about a mile away from some incredible shops and restaurants at Pier Park. We look forward to hosting you! Best, The Erwins

The unit is in a perfect spot. Really enjoyed the view from high up. We ate breakfast on the balcony while watching the marine life swim by. We had everything we needed in the unit and slept great.

Wonderful Stay

The Condo was fantastic, will definitely be back. Only complaint would be the elevators. The wait is long so pack some patience.

The beach was the best part

Condo was filthy upon arrival, check in process is hectic, condominium has little to no food service, water boil came in while we were staying there, the property manager got rude when I called her after check in for the arm bands we were supposed to have in the condo, was told I would receive them and never did. So much clutter and dirt and sand in this condo. Looks like it’s hardly never been cleaned. The rugs are disgusting and covered in sand. Way too much clutter on the balcony. If it wasn’t for the beach and close access to the walk, we wouldn’t have stayed. The hotel staff at the desk are no help. Thank God for the bartender who told me how to get it my room, which was through 3 different elevators and two buildings. Stupid layout. The maintenance crew and condo help were so kind! This condo has children running rampant all hours of the day and night with no supervision. Resort layout is hectic. I’ve stayed in PCB 4 times now and this was the worst condo we’ve stayed in. Will not be returning.

Wonderful place

Overall me and the family LOVED this stay. Besides some mold on the shower curtains ( which I reached out to the manager, and she said she would take of that). Beautiful beautiful view at 21 story’s high. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Has everything you need. Most definitely will be coming back.

Great stay! Great property!

Had a wonderful time relaxing at this property! Wonderful views and also great for either families or for an intimate weekend getaway. Many places to walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

Girls weekend

Great condo! Super clean!! And I am picky! Very well stocked also. Could not ask for a better room. However, Panama City Beach is getting dangerous this time of year and we had to leave early. No fault of our room though. It was great.

Wonderful

The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything you could ask for. Unfortunately the weather was a bit chilly. I loved that there were two pools and a Starbucks on site. All together it is a wonderful building to stay in.

Nice condo and we had a great vacation

When we arrived it was a bit stressful. The AC wasn't working and the housekeeping issues. I was able to contact the manager quickly and things started to get resolved. They were able to get us some extra fans due to it not working over night. By the next day AC was working. Quiet condo and great for our family.

Family stay

The location was great we had a great view but there was definitely room for improvement. The bathroom in the hall had a horrible smell of mold or mildew. The vent had mildew on it and so did the shower curtain. The master bathroom interior curtain was cover in mildew too. The vent in the mast bathroom was very dusty and so was the fan in the bedroom.The shower head fell off twice and hit me in the head I would suggest a different piece for that. The ladder to the bunk bed was not able to be used because the metal pieces were falling off and it definitely could have been a safety hazard so we didn’t use it or the top bunk other than these things we were happy with our stay.

Loved it except..

Everything about the actual condo and location were wonderful!! The only downfall that was frustrating is that there is no disclosure that this place is up for sale. The only way I knew was through googling it when I saw the availability to see if there were more photos or different prices online. Before booking I contacted the owners to see if they would be showing this property while we were staying there and I was told no. I booked it because they told me there would be no showings. However, the first morning we were there I was contacted and told there would be a showing the next day. While it's not the end of the world, it was frustrating since I had specifically asked and was told no. As we had no say as to when the showing was- they can be scheduled during children's nap times, early in the mornings, etc. It was just an frustrating inconvenience. As I said before- the condo, location, cleanliness, etc was great.
