Very nice and clean! No people to deal with, just received an email a day or so before with the code to get in the door and it was home for the next few days. Absolutely the best way to stay on a trip.

Not at all as represented

Positive: Property manager let us check in early. Unit was spacious. LR furniture comfortable. W/D in unit Negative in brief: Property NOT as represented in listing. Location inconvenient. Unit was not clean or in good repair. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Serious safety issues-poor outside lighting, no smoke detectors. Details: Villas are in a rural area set back from the road. Property appeared to be well maintained until we pulled to the back and in front of Villa 6 when we immediately noticed one of the outside lights missing. Upon entering the unit, it quickly became apparent that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were lots of crumbs under the kitchen table, dirt and debris scattered around the floor. There was a huge smear of dark brown on the secondary bedroom floor which could have been feces or frosting. 😳 Hall bathtub had been majorly patched to the point that it looked unsafe to stand in. Floors were so filthy we had to leave our shoes on. ALL of the smoke detectors were missing which was quite concerning to us. When we opened the drawer in our bedroom to put clothes away, there were condoms left behind by previous guests and instructions for the non-existent tv. The listing showed a TV in each bedroom and the secondary bedroom had none. Kitchen cabinets and counter tops were well worn and kitchen was ill equipped. When we went to use the microwave, there was food splattered all over the inside.. We didn’t have enough dishes for our party of four and no kitchen cloths or towels. When I reached out to the property manager to share our concerns, he sent someone over with dishes and kitchen cloths; however, he disputed our assessment of the lack of cleanliness, insisting they always did a thorough job of cleaning, but offered to send them back out the next day to clean again. By then we’d done everything but mop. He was aware of the missing smoke detectors and that there was no tv in the bedroom. First night we noticed that not only was one outside light missing but the other was very dim making coming in and out of the unit after dark difficult and unsafe. Also, the bed broke in the primary the first night. It was repaired the next day but we were already too uncomfortable staying there and checked out a day early. There was no offer from PM to refund anything despite the issues. Generously giving this 2 stars hoping for improvement.

Quiet location

Everything about this stay was great, except the mattress. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable; however, I could feel the springs in the mattress and didn’t sleep well.

Convenient

Convenient location - close to Hammond. Chateaus are grouped together in one neighborhood and Villas are around the corner grouped together. Perfect for family event stays...like my niece's wedding at The Greenery.

The pictures are accurate. Easy check in. Only suggestion would be the addition of small patio table & a couple of chairs outside. Nit picking, I know, but everything was as expected & exceeded my expectations!!!

Well worth the price and location. Great detail to what VRBO vacationers are looking for. Beds were not comfortable, but we sleep on very expensive products at home, so maybe just not good enough for us!

Nice and clean house. Stayed here on a family vacation to visit my sister who just had a baby. We really enjoyed our time and it was nice to have a house to come home to at the end of the day
