Situated in a premier corner of Oakland's Grand Lake district, this brand new row home features three guest suites, each with private baths. On the main floor is an open plan living space with high-end designer furniture and smart home amenities.

The house is a short walk to Oakland's Lake Merritt and Grand Avenue. Here, you'll find the historic Grand Lake Theater and a wide array of shops, restaurants, and bars. On Saturdays, there is an open air farmers market offering fresh produce, prepared foods, and local vendors.

There is bus access at the end of the block and there are almost always shared scooters directly outside the property.

Then whole process was very easy. The house was clean, well equipped, and perfect for three couples. We were able to find parking on the same block whenever we needed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property. Renters should plan for stairs (3 levels). 1st floor: 1 bed, 1 bath, 1 laundry. 2nd floor: living, dining, kitchen, powder room. 3 rd floor: primary / master bed & private bath, 3rd bed & private bath (clothes closet locked so had to hang cloths on doorknob).No filtered water or ice in the refrigerator door dispenser so plan to buy ice (stores / restaurants 1/4 mile down the road).

Very comfortable and great neighborhood

My family really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. It is beautifully furnished but also comfortable. It worked really well for our two children (ages 15 and 12). Street parking was very easy as is highway access. I would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful home, in a very nice neighborhood, well decorated and everything worked perfectly. The owner is very responsive to all questions and requests. We certainly recommend this home and we will book again for our next stay in San Francisco area.

Wonderful stay

We were so pleased with this gem of a property. It was very new, safe and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of areas to lounge and relax. Our family of 4 really enjoyed having their own rooms and restrooms. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to nearby attractions. Would definitely consider staying again for a repeat trip to Oakland.

Loved this property. Upscale, very comfortable, unique amongst rental properties. Best if you don’t have a car to park as street parking is a challenge.

This is a comfortable three-story townhome; there is a bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor, the living area, kitchen and half bathroom on the second floor and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor. Unfortunately, neither of the closets on the third floor are available for use. There is a dresser with draws in the bedrooms but absolutely no place to hang clothes. While this is a relatively "New" home to Oakland standards, it is most certainly not brand new. Street parking is often difficult, but we always found a spot on the street within a few hundred feet. One more thing, this home is adjacent to the 580 highway, and the master bedroom is very noisy all of the time.
