14 foot soaring high ceiling, the large open living room is set to impress your family. The entire first level of the main house of 1000 square feet of open space which connects to an outdoor garden is where you can cook, dine, converse, play and connect with your people comfortably; it is a haven for getting some quality time with your loved ones. 55 inch TV with 155 digital channels as well as amazon prime video, Netflix, etc.

Living Room #2
Located in the back loft house across the garden, the Jade House is a French country living space with a 12 foot high ceiling and skylight allows gorgeous sunlight into the living room. USB/USB-C outlets in multiple places for meeting/study/devices. A second dining/study/meeting space in the living room provides guests who need a smaller, more private setting.

The Blue Chinoiserie Suite - Master Suite #1
The largest suite in Villa Pearl has its own ensuite spacious double sink full bathroom with a rain shower system. The light-filled airy room has a sofa/lounging area that can be opened as a queen sofa bed making it easy if you want to have your children sleeping in the suite with you. The Queen bed features a Casper Original Hybrid mattress with zoned support and AirScape technology.

The Wisteria Suite - Master Suite #2
The Wisteria Suite features a beautiful vintage tree design bathing in soft reflective light. It has its own connected ensuite full bathroom with a rain shower system. The queen bed featured a Casper Original Hybrid mattress with zoned support and AirScape technology.

The Golden Forest - Bedroom #3
12 ft towering ceilings…this room features a stunning hand-painted wall mural by designer / artist that is a treat to the eye. The double door windows with grand flowing curtains creates a visual masterpiece. Waking up in the “forest” is an experience of art and beauty. The guest full bathroom with shower and tub is just right outside of the room.

Jade Bedroom - Bedroom #4
Located in the loft house at the back across the lovely garden, the bedroom is on the lofted second level. The queen bed features a Casper Original mattress, sleep in the cloud yet your body is being supported. The 2 skylight windows have blackout shades that can be opened or closed to darken the room if you prefer a dark environment for your sleep. There is also a second TV in the bedroom, if watching TV in bed is your thing :)

Additional Sleeping: the sofa in the living room has a 3 feet wide, 116 inches long sitting area that can be a very comfortable single bed. There’s also a queen floor mattress you can use.


KITCHEN - A state-of-the-art grand open kitchen is a chef’s dream with all the bells and whistles: pot filler faucet, 6 burner gas stove, etc...where your family can assemble at the extended 4 stool counter with multi docking stations and electrical outlets to plug in all your devices.

There’s a second kitchen in the Jade House; each kitchen has its own complete set of cooking supplies.

WIFI - the 10 Gigabits blazing fast fiber-optic wifi is the fastest internet known on earth so far; you may stream, game, browse your heart out. The technology also enables more reliable wifi. The whole house is prewired with a media center; the fiber-optic wifi covers every corner of the house including the outdoor space.

Laundry - There are a total of 3 sets of washers/dryers.

PARKING - one car garage for safe parking in the building; one additional driveway parking.

JACUZZI - the private 20 jet jacuzzi in the garden is always on and ready to use at any time. It comes with an ozonator which sanitizes the tub constantly. Best to enjoy it early in the morning to get refreshed, or later at night. Soaking in the hot tub on cool nights under the stars is one of a kind experience!

All guests must be on reservation even not staying overnight; maximum 12 people.
