Shuttle stop 280 m away.
Accommodation: In one of the most popular locations in La Clusaz, facing the slopes of Champ Giguet and the heart of the village, the Flomatines **** apartment embodies Alpine luxury in all its sobriety. This 118 m2 4-star duplex, designed to comfortably accommodate 8 passengers, features 3 large bedrooms and a seating area with extra bed. Accessible directly by its private elevator, this apartment combines generous volumes, neat finishes and quality services for an exclusive mountain experience.Nearby, right in the centre of the village, in the heart of Champ Giguet, a few meters from the ice rink, from the start of the ski lifts of Beauregard / Skating and the Jardin des Neiges, where the ski lessons begin each morning. Ideally located above a ski rental shop. A 280 m shuttle makes it easy to travel, while at 5 km, Lake des Confins, surrounded by peaks, is suitable for both summer walks and outdoor winter activities. Annecy Train Station, 35 km away, and Geneva International Airport, 67 km away, provide easy accessibility.Outside, the western balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains, while in the east, the windows open onto the slopes and the Aravis chain, with a privileged view of the village life and the nightlife activities of Champ Giguet.
