In addition to being just a short walk from the sea, guests of this condo can also enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis court, and multiple shared grills!

Just head down the hill and across the street and you'll reach two different Kamaole Beach Parks, each under half a mile away! Learn more about Hawaii's efforts to conserve one of the area's most famous animals at the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary just under four miles away. Enjoy 18 holes in paradise at the Maui Nui Golf Club just over three miles from the condo. If you're looking to spend even more time on the water, sign up for an outing with Kelii's Kayak Tours just over one mile away.

Great Location!! Great views!!! Nice condo

Cleanliness was good. Love the convenient walk to beach and stores. Didn’t use the pool, can’t comment. This is our 3rd trip to Maui and we love Kihei!!

Wonderful Vacation home

We had a great stay at Maui Banyan Q408. The apartment was charming, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony in the mornings, followed by an easy walk to Kamaole Beach. We would gladly stay at this property again.

Great, clean, and centrally located

We had a nice, peaceful stay here for a few nights on our first trip to Maui. Check in was a breeze, parking was convenient, and the clean, comfortable apartment was well appointed with all the stuff we needed for beach days, cooking dinner, and more. Plus a decent view from the balcony! Would recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with our condo location, views and surrounding amenities. The property management staff were quick to resolve an unlocked door issue we had. And we appreciated the welcome gifts left for us and will stay here again on our next visit to Maui, Mahalo.

Great location and a wonderful room with a view

My wife and I enjoyed our time in Kihei, Maui - and the location of this apartment was great. Easy to get to beach, restaurants, and stores. The view was great from the room and the lay-out made it easy to relax when we were not outside enjoying nature.

Great location in Kihei

Condo in Kihei, right across from great beaches, close walking to anything and everything you need. Great to have use of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella. Would have been nice to have enough coffee filters for the 4 days we were there instead of just having two and having to rinse them out or go buy 100. Bedding for the pullout was stained. Beautiful property and nice pool for evenings. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer also.

Great place to stay

Short walk to our favorite beaches. Nice pools. We used the grills one night and it was clean and worked out great to have dinner by the pool. We would stay here again. Vacasa staff was very quick to respond with beach towels when they were missing.

Overall very nice condo

Great location and nice condo. Kitchen had everything needed to cook there. Beach gear really nice to have. Pools were great for when you are ready to be done with sand. Arriving at night in dark was challenging. Could have used more info on where to find elevators, parking rules and permit. We ended up stopping at Maui Banyon check in and they were very helpful even though we weren’t renting thru them. They also helped us with the pool code since what was in the listing was very old and the Vacasa rep couldn’t get hold of anyone quickly to get the info. They did try and were helpful when we called however. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at this condo. Amazing view of ocean, comfy bed, equipped kitchen and beach toys. A pretty resort with beautiful grounds, nice pools/bbq areas and right a crossed from the beach. Only down fall was dishwasher leaked when we ran it.

Banyan Bliss

We loved our extended stay here. We didn't have any issues with the condo at all. Everything worked, everything in its place. We very much appreciated the containers for leftovers and the rice cooker. The bed was super comfy for both my husband and me. We were able to sign into our own streaming accounts on the tv for an after dinner movie or show binge. The view from the balcony is better than I expected. Because the condo is north facing and on the top floor we were able to keep the a/c off for most of our stay, just using the fans and breeze from outside. This is pretty amazing to be able to do in a Kihei condo! Security was super quick to respond when we were one of multiple calls regarding a partying group at the pool. My family used to own at the Banyan and this was the first time in 25 years I've ever experienced a group like that, so no worries if you are concerned about that happening again, its a very laid back and quiet complex. But it is nice to know they are active in facilitating a safe stay if you need them! The 1bdrm part of the condo is attached to an additional bedroom that is rented on its own or together. We never once found our neighbours who rented that room to be loud, in fact some were so quiet we didn't know they were there! Vacasa was gracious to let us have a late check out which I know is not something that can always happen as turnover can be tight. We will hopefully (and happily) stay again!

Maui Banyan da Bomb!

This place was the highlight of our Maui trip! The location is fabulous! The view from the lanai is absolutely to die for! Anything you could ask for was at your fingertips. The bed was comfortable. The beach chairs were a god send. The place was just incredible. We would come back with out a doubt. Maui Banyan Q408 is better than advertised!

Great Kihei spot!

The condo is stocked with all you could need! A rice maker, puzzles, plenty of Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella! You can’t beat the views either. Absolutely loved the bed, tons of pillows of all sizes and firmness, great mattress and lots of cool air from the fan above and AC in the living room. The grounds are well kept and full of flowering trees and bushes. Loved my stay in Q408 and hope to visit again soon!
