Welcome to our home at Kauhale Makai 610. Our home was updated in May of 2023. Our beautiful and pristine one-bedroom condo sits on the top (sixth floor) of the complex. The complex offers two elevators and laundry access on each floor. Our home is breathtakingly beautiful on the inside and the outside!

The inside boasts one custom bedrooms. The bedroom features a king bed, on-suite bathroom and breathtaking views of the ocean and the west Maui mountains. Our home is equipped with central air for a comfortable stay.

The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a bar, and a table. Not a single detail has been overlooked. The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing our brand-new Smart TV.

The outside lanai is incredibly spacious and accessible from the living area or master bedroom. Enjoy morning coffee and evening dinner on the lanai as you bask in the views of the ocean and west Maui mountains. During whale season (Dec 15 - April 15) you can watch for whales by day and enjoy the sunset by night.

A short stroll away is Kalepolepo Beach Park, a small and stunningly beautiful Kihei beach. Because Kalepolepo was a historic fish pond it keeps big waves and crowds at bay. Enjoy watching turtles who love to bask on the beach’s rocks, stroll along the sandy shores, or grill up a delicious lunch.

We provide all the necessary linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.

The property is well appointed and as advertised. Host provides everything needed. Great location, perfect view of ocean, safe and quiet. The Island is small so this is a nice location for beach and resturants but the mountain hikes are easily reached. Grocery nearby walmart about 20 mins 20 mins away anmminutes

Wonderful getaway.

A great property with amazing views and easy access to the beach. The perfect location for us, as it was close enough to several shopping and restaurant hubs, but also private enough where we never felt overcrowded. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends!

Great property. We could see whales from the lanai. Perfect set up. Great location. Walked the beach, saw a humongous turtle sleeping on the beach, sat in hot tub, swam in the pool, ate in town at Diamonds, great food! We would love to stay again.

Ocean view and Pickleball

We spent 8 lovely nights in this well appointed condo. It was perfectly situated to watch the whales and also to walk to the park for some pickleball. We walked the Long Beach and even snorkeled on the calm bay. Everything was as shown on the description- no issues, just a great vacation.

Amazing get away!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Maui. We live on a different island and this was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway that still feels like home. It has a beautiful view to enjoy coffee or wide down a the end of the day. Very pleased with the amenities included just incase you forget something! Overall, great stay for a great price!

Very nice condo! Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. Plentiful parking. Joey was extremely helpful when ever we had questions. Communication was great. Highly recommend this Kihei condo. Would definitely return.

Perfect beach condo

The Kauhale Makai condo was absolutely perfect. It is beautifully remodeled, peacefully decorated, and very comfortable, with a view of the ocean from every room. Check in and out was very easy, and communicating with Joe was easy as well and he was very responsive. The location is perfect, with easy access to every area of the island! Parking was plentiful and accessible. We also really appreciated the provision of beach towels, chairs and everything else you could need to enjoy a day at the beach!

Amazing place with picturesque view!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we stayed for a week. We enjoyed this place so much - waking up to the view of the ocean and beautiful Maui was something that never got old. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen comes in handy for times when you need a break from eating out. The place was clean, comfortable, and was close to many of the activities we wanted to do, including the Maui aquarium and the Ma'alea Harbor which is where we went for a lot of the water activities and boat rides. The shops at Wailea are a short drive away. We also made the beautiful drive out to Kaanapali and didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Everything you want to do in Maui is convenient and accessible from this Condo's location. There are lots of restaurant options and a nearby Safeway which is open 24 hours a day. The condo community also has a swimming pool and a hot tub (very nice) and outdoor grills which we saw people using every day. Book this place and you won't regret it!
