Looking to relocate to South Florida or work remotely by the beach? This is the perfect home base to work and enjoy beach living. It's near impossible to find a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom so close to the beach on the barrier island. There's 2 laptop workstations & the fastest WiFi with speeds up to 1300mbps. We refurnished everything in January 2021. Leather furniture, Casper memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen. Access all streaming services on the 55" smart Samsung TV.

Paradise Shores #8 is an oversized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner apartment (approx. 1000 sq ft) located on the 2nd floor of our boutique 8 unit vacation rental complex. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes full size electronic appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, etc). Both bedrooms suites include comfortable, queen size Casper memory foam mattresses wrapped in high end, breathable linens and pillows. Leather furniture, adorns the living room in front of the 55" smart Samsung TV. When it's time to work, there's multiple places to setup a laptop and connect to the high speed WiFi, including 2 official desks (1 in the living room and 1 in the 1st bedroom) and 2 dining room tables. The 2nd dining room table is located in a private enclosed patio surrounded with 6 foot windows. Open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. Or enjoy the 2 side yards with outdoor furniture and BBQ grills. When it's time for laundry, a full size coin operated washer and dryer can be found a few steps outside your front door.

Our 8 unit boutique vacation rental building is located 1 block to the warm Atlantic Ocean where you'll find beautiful white sand covering a deserted beach. All utilities are included (Xfinity high speed wireless Internet and cable tv, electric, water, trash, etc.). You'll also have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels.

Paradise Shores is within walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway, a boat marina, grocery stores, a variety of water sports activities, restaurants and shops. If you live an active lifestyle, you don't need a car. Grab a taxi, Uber or Lyft from the airport and use Ride Circuit to get around Pompano Beach.

Ride Circuit is a free local electric shuttle that runs north and south along A1A from Hillsboro Inlet to the Ritz Carlton and includes all the restaurants, shops and grocery stores along Atlantic Blvd. Simply download the app to your phone and request a free ride.

If you have a car, there's two dedicated parking spaces located in front of the building, a few steps away from your front door.

Paradise Shores, our 8 unit boutique vacation rental complex is located on A1A, 6 blocks south of Atlantic Boulevard, and 1 block west of the warm, Atlantic Ocean. We are not only within walking distance to the beach but also the Intracoastal Waterway, a variety of water sports activities, and over 15+ restaurants and shops. Publix, the local grocery store is 0.5 miles away.
