This townhouse will sleep 8 people. First floor entrance with living, dining, 1/2 bath and well equipped kitchen, private patio, entrance to 2 car garage. Parking also available on the street. Charcoal grill large and small. Several beach chairs and beach bikes stored there for guests use. Second floor living area, laundry, bunk room(sleeps 4) and full bath. Third floor queen suite with private bath and king suite with private bath. Jump on the network of cycling paths accessing Lewes Beach, Lewes shopping, Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehobeth Beach. Grocery, restaurants, beauty salon, CVS within walking distance. Swimming pool, tennis/pickle ball, open green spaces in the community of Five Points Village. Five minute drive to Lewes Beach. To make arrival more comfortable, there is toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels in the kitchen, hand towels in the 1/2 bath and kitchen towels. You may use the spices in the kitchen. Either bring all sheets, bath towels and beach towels or use a linen service to get them delivered to your door. We recommend; "Sheets at the Beach." Saturday to Saturday rental. Check in time 4:00, check out Saturday time 10:30.

Great week

This rental was the perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. It was close enough to the beach that we could get there quickly but also far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lewes Family Vacation

We loved the location of the house. The community pool is fantastic. The house had plenty of space to relax. Close to beaches and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, they were very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is bright, spacious, and extremely comfortable. And dog friendly! Convenient to Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. The restaurant across the street is excellent. The outdoor patio is small but cute.

Everything we needed for a comfortable vacation home base.

This property has plenty of room for the family to be together, or spread out when teenagers want their own space. It’s adorably decorated and has all the amenities we could ask for. Walkability is great to food and pretty much anything you would need except the beach. And our dog felt very welcomed with a cute little basket of dog toys!

Quality family time

Weather wasn’t the greatest which made our house even more important. They make you so welcome with providing extra amenities to get you started. We had a great family vacation despite the couple days of bad weather.

Perfect location

House was beautiful. Had everything we needed! Stephen answered promptly to any questions I asked. Location was perfect! Restaurants, super market, and shops were within walking distance. The bunk beds were a little uncomfortable for adults, it would be perfect for children. But everything else was wonderful! I highly recommend this place for family vacationing.

This property was a hidden gem found! Amazing price for what this property is. Shows better in person than the photos. Layout & set up was great. Instructions were clear. Location was perfection, great little neighborhood with sidewalks, pool, playground, restaurant, grocery store etc. very close to Lewes Beach & Rehoboth Beach. Looking forward to return here again.

Great house in Lewes

This house had plenty of space for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very nice. The 2nd floor living space was comfortable and had lots of room for us to hang out together to watch tv, play video games or board games. The furnishings and decorations were very tasteful. The kitchen was well appointed. Lots of kitchen supplies were provided. It would be nice to have a tv in the first floor living room. We would have liked to play games or do a puzzle on the dining table while watching the Olympics. The garage easily fit both of our cars, which was nice because in the evening it was impossible to get a space out front due to the restaurant being right across the street. We had a slight hiccup with the front door code not working when we arrived but it was cleared up with a quick text to the owner. We love the location of this neighborhood and will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Wonderful neighborhood for family.

The place was well kept considering pets are welcomed in this house. I would suggest getting better kitchen utensils like pots and pans as well. I would also advise the owner to advertise the place better as it was way better than what we saw on pictures. Thanks for the hospitality and we look forward to renting the spot again in the future.

Very nice house. Good neighborhood.

This pet-friendly house was a very nice place to stay in the Five Points community. Two pools were available to use (but you couldn't bring your pets there.) The check in process would have been fine, but we were texted the incorrect code to get inside the house and it took numerous texts and calls to get the owners to respond (I think they were driving.) Be prepared to drive everywhere since it is NOT close to a beach IF that is something that concerns you.

Perfect Vacation Spot

I'd give this a 6 on location and neighborhood. Short car ride to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. In the middle of a great complex with pool and outdoor shops and restaurants within the complex. The rental was in perfect shape and my family had an amazing week. Thank you!

Convenient location/great vacation

My family had a wonderful time! Perfect spot to hop on the bike trail and great to have a few restaurants right across the street. Townhome was even better in person than the pictures showed. Very pleased with our stay!

We are a family of five. We grew up going to the DE and MD beaches and love the area plus we have family in Lewes. We enjoy coming to Lewes all through the year. Every season is beautiful.

We love the amenities of Five Points Village. Fish On restaurant across the street is delicious and takes reservations or a small party can usually walk up and get a table that evening. Our townhouse is close to the bike trails to just ride or get to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Henlopen State Park has great bike trails and tons different activities for all ages.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If you don't want to pay for parking at the shore, drive Savannah toward the beach take a left once you reach the water and parking is free along the road and the paths to the beach are public. This will take you to the bay, where the water is more shallow and less rough. Henlopen State Park has beaches on the ocean.
