Available off season quiet, clean & cozy townhome. Near historic Lewes, trails.

One of the best times in Lewes is during the off season! Choose to stay tucked away in our updated, clean and comfortably-furnished Lewes townhome. It's the perfect place for family and friends, and we welcome well-behaved, non-shedding family members too (dog)! Our quiet community is located east of Coastal Highway and is only 1.5 miles away from Historic downtown, Savannah (nee Lewes) Beach, and Cape Henlopen. It's also a short block away from the Lewes-Georgetown and Junction-Breakwater trails, and walkable to many nearby places to eat and shop. Our coastal-decorated home has everything you're looking for to relax and be comfortable!

Available for weekly or monthly rental between September to May!

- Take a walk to Historic Lewes (~ 1.5 miles) and all of its wonderful restaurants/shops
- Access the Georgetown-Lewes bike trail (~0. 2 mile) and ride to Cape Henlopen State Park (~5 miles) or pedal around on the Georgetown-Lewes Trail
- Shop local at nearby shops or nearby Tanger Outlets on Route 1
- Drive to Rehoboth Beach and visit the boardwalk (~ 6 miles) or take a ride on your bike on the Junction-Breakwater Trail (~30 mins)

The house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with everything that we needed to cook breakfast and dinner each day. Great area to take walks and quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to contact the host and address any concerns.

Really lovely stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was very neat and clean. it had all the amenities that we needed. Check-in and out Instructions were very easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The house is cute, convenient and comfortable. You have to bring your own sheets and towels but that was ok for us because we were driving.

We all had a great stay at this beautiful home! It’s a beautiful space that has all of the modern amenities you need for comfort and convenience. The hosts were great communicators who always responded with any questions quickly. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to enjoy a few meals at the house to save some money while visiting Lewes.

Everything about the place was great & as described. The kitchen was full of everything you would need if you decide to stay in and cook, grill was a great addition as well as the bored games. We’ve been coming to Lewes for 4 years now and finally found a house we want to come back to next year. Conveniently located to everyone but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families.

Perfect 4th of July retreat

Nicely decorated, clean and perfect with nice hosts. Convenient. Although not on the beach it’s close and easy to get to and the historic town of Lewes has a less crowded easier vibe than other beach towns in the area. Five stars - highly recommend

Great space for family of four

This house was the perfect size for two adults and two tweens to enjoy a beach vacation. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Close enough to easily explore Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Rehobeth beaches. Would stay here again!

This was a great property for our family. Very clean. Well supplied. Comfortable. Quiet location that has plenty of parking. Nearby access to the bike trails. Able to store bikes on the back patio. The description is accurate. No wonder it has 5 stars. Remember to bring your own linens.

The Perfect Place

We’ve been traveling to Lewes for years and this was the perfect place! Close to the beach and downtown Lewes but also near the outlets and fun on route 1. The house was even larger and more beautiful than we expected from the photos. And the hosts were very accommodating. We highly recommend this house!

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our time in celebration of a wedding. Our host was very communicative, helpful and even did a dance to help improve the weather! Also appreciated that they are dog friendly.

Family vacation

This is our second time staying at this property and it really is wonderful. It's the perfect amount of space for my family ( me, my husband, 6 y/o, 3 y/o, 5 month old, and in-laws.) the kitchen has everything we could need. It's beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The small backyard area was perfect for our dog. It's walking distance to a diner and produce stand and very close driving distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There's a very nice walking path/trail right outside the complex. I highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in Lewes.

Nice easy place very close to Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park

We’re were a family of elders, parents and tiny children and were very comfortable in the house. Three bathrooms were very helpful as was the large screen TV. Location was fantastic. Furniture comfortable and practical. Definitely recommend!

Cozy & Family Friendly!

Had a great time, it was exactly as descibed. Nice & cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Near enough to Rehoboth to enjoy the beach & boardwalk, but also able to enjoy the more relaxed shops and restaurants of Lewes! Had a great time at Cape Henlopen State Park.

So happy we found this property!

We stayed here for a long weekend in mid-July. This home was very clean, well-stocked, and family friendly. The only items we had to supply were towels, bed linens and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. There is a hose on the back patio if you need to wash off sand. The community is quiet and right off of Route 9, which takes you right into Cape Henlopen state park (10 minutes away) and the charming historic Lewis (less than 5 minutes away). We felt safe in this community. The front door has a lock pad, so we did not have to worry about losing a key. {Tip if you want to go to the beaches at Cape Henlopen- go in the morning. The later in the day you go, there will be a long line of cars waiting to pay to get into the park. Once the beach lot is full, they may turn cars away. The main beach gets full quickly. There is a less crowded beach on the bay side at the fishing pier. The water is calm and warmer, great for swimming and rafting...very family friendly}. The owners of the property are very friendly, welcoming and respond quickly. We highly recommend staying here.

It is the place where we want to spend our time and create memories as a family. When we say our kids love the water - they do! Whether it’s spending time with family in beachside Florida or lakeside Indiana, the amenities found in Lewes captures both places in one. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we have and we welcome you and your family as our guests!

Henlopen Gardens is accessible to so many places within DelMarVa. The Georgetown-Lewes bike trail sits just around the corner. Choose your destination! Is it to Cape Henlopen where you can access the path to Rehoboth Beach or north towards Georgetown where you can stop at a distillery or grab ice cream! Our quiet community sits hidden, but in a central location in Lewes. Walk to the Farmer's Market on Saturday or to downtown Lewes (~1 mile) or drive to the Bay (~1.5miles). So much to see and so easy to get to all the places! If you choose, relax inside our home where the three floors allows ample space for everyone in your family.
