We loved your home. We come every year in July to Lewes to be with family that live here and also rent places as well. We had an awesome family dinner at your home. The main reason we picked this location is to have the room for all to come over. Great stay!!!! Thank you!!!!

We had a really wonderful stay at Francisco’s home! Plenty of room for our family of 5. The east access to the pool was a win with 3 kids, as well as getting to the walking trail. The home was clean, easy to use and plenty of beach chairs/umbrella for the beach. Francisco was also very responsive when a few small issues popped up, and resolved immediately. Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Family Time and Perfect Get Away

I go to the beach with my adult sons and my grand kids every year, and this place we will be going back to! Short drive to the beach, quiet community, nice pool, beautiful home! Loved it!

A great place to stay!

This property was a great fit for our crew! We were three adults and six children. The children loved the bunk room. It was a quick and easy drive to the beach and other local places. The pool was nice and a very quick walk. It was also convenient to have a walking trail nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. I think my favorite part was that even with nine people needing showers, there was enough hot water for everyone! Francisco was a great host. We would stay here again.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Lewes

Hierher würden wir immer wieder gerne kommen. Sehr freundliche und rasche Kommunikation. Sehr geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Nachbarschaft mit 3 Bädern und 3 Schlafräumen. Wohnzimmer mit großem Fetnseher und tollem Kamin. Große Küche mir allem was man braucht.

Great Vacation!

We had a great time and if opportunity arises we would come back again. Everything was great, the rental, the location, biking nearby, quite, clean, spacious, the beach and the Lewes town are beautiful and within short driving distance. There are a lot of supermarkets, stores and outlets nearby. Definitely, a perfect mix of everything what is needed for a great vacation. Thank you Francisco for a great rental!

Great location

The condo was in a great location close to beaches, and shops. Very well equipped, and spacious for our family of 7. The screened in porch was great and the kids used the pool almost daily. We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Location to Beach & Rail Trail

Our 2nd visit to this house was as great as the 1st! We especially love the location to the rail trail as we could easily bike (with kids) to ice cream, several restaurants for dinner and into the town of Lewes. Taking the back roads through the historic town of Lewes allow a scenic drive and eliminate the heavy traffic areas. Old World Bread and Beach Time Distillery are a very short walk down the street and are an added bonus!

Family vacation

We spend a full week in this lovely home. (Family of 7) There was more than enough room for all of us. The house was very clean! Communication between us and the owner was wonderful. Easy check in! 20 minute or so drive to the beach! We will definitely stay here again. 10/10

Wonderful!

We had such a wonderful time on our beach vacation at this townhouse in Lewes. The property was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed swimming in the community pool; it was on the smaller side but that did not matter to my family as we have 3 small children. The location was good, only a short drive (10-20 mins depending on traffic) to several beaches including Cape Henlopen and the Lewes town beach. Only 30 minutes from Bethany Beach too if you want to head out that way! We also enjoyed mini golf at Shell We Golf, only 10 mins away. The beds were very comfortable and my 6 and 5 year old enjoyed the TV in the bunk room. Everything in the kitchen worked perfectly. FYI, do plan to bring your own items such as tin foil, plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, or storage Tupperware for leftovers. However there were plenty of spices for cooking and any other pot or pan you might need. There was also plenty of storage space in the garage for beach items that we brought as well as a nice line to hang up suits and towels after a day at the beach. Francisco was a wonderful host, communicative and friendly! We would love to return someday and hope you choose this property as well!

Beautiful, Clean home! Close to Lewes and bike trail!

Francisco was so kind to check in on the day of arrival. The home was exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable and very clean! We were very happy with the community it was located in and how simple it was to get to the bike access. While moving about in the community cars drove slowly and everyone waved and smiled. The community pool was never busy and getting to the beach was simple. The bakery just around the corner was a must visit (several times!) And our stay was everything we could have hoped for and then some!

Great Property and Location!

Fransisco was such a great host. Excellent communication and made sure we had everything we expected. The property is spacious, clean and close to everything. The pool is well kept and very relaxing and all of the residents are very friendly. The one thing we did not expect was to bring all of our own beach gear which made packing the car a challenge but overall we had a great stay. Thanks again!

Lewes Family Vacation

Loved the townhouse. Very clean with lots of space. Perfect location- close to everything we needed but also pretty quiet. There is a small association pool, which my family used couple of evenings and on a day when it was too windy at the beach. We were always the only ones using the pool. Property is about 10 minutes away from Henlopen State Park, 20 mins away from Delaware Seashore State Park. Downtown Lewes is close by as well. We would definetly rent this property again.

AMAZING!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and it all started the moment we set foot in this emaculate home. The location is fantastic (avoided route 1 with ease...if you have stayed in Lewes before, you know what I mean). Right next to the rail trail. Property was very clean and the host was extremely pleasent. Pool was a big plus too! Definitely looking to stay here again.

Excellent Vacation Area & Home

We enjoyed our week so much. The home was clean, bedrooms fit our family perfectly and it was great to have use of the garage space for beach gear. Easy access to the rail trail was an unexpected bonus, for sure. We will be back!

Lewes Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean, inviting, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the kids and adults. The pool was easily accessible and provided a good alternative when we did not hit the beaches. Francisco was pleasant and concerned we found everything acceptable. Would definitely rent this property again.

Super cute place in a nice quiet neighborhood and enough space for our family of 7! Close to Downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen and just a short drive to Rehoboth. It was just what we needed for a great family vacation!

Francisco and his family purchased this spacious 1800 sq ft property in August of 2020. The inside has been newly remodeled and is in spotless condition. It is beautifully decorated accompanied by new appliances throughout.

The Olayas fell in love with this area because of its great location and close proximity to everything. Located just off Rt. 1, this home is the perfect family beach home.
