Be in the center of it all! Gorgeous condo with spectacular views!

Newly developed, center of town, overlooking main street! This 2 bed, 2 baths, offers gorgeous views of mountains while being alongside Main St.! One king-size bed, one queen size bed, a pull out wrap around couch and two twin size air mattresses. There is plenty of room to fit two families or one big family. Secluded into a 4 unit building, so there's no heavy traffic in and out. Always in walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and of course the grocery store! The town park is one block away with a playground, an amazing skate park, and amphitheater for lawn concerts and yoga in the morning. Winter park resort is 3 miles away with the ski shuttle right outside our door! Winterpark offers year round fun with endless things to do!

Beautiful and Convenient

This is a beautiful property conveniently located in town near restaurants and just next to a bus stop with quick and easy access to the mountain. The kitchen is well well stocked if you would prefer to stay in. Great stay!

Mountain vacation

We loved this property, it was the perfect size for our family of 3. We were able to walk to all our dinner spots and only a 5 min drive to Winter Park Village.

Great stay in the heart of Winter park

Really enjoyed this property and its proximity to everything. Well decorated with a stylish finish while still being comfortable. Property owners were very friendly and responsive.

Perfect spot!

Great place to stay - right in the middle of Winter Park. Conveniently located in the middle of town - close to restaurants and the bus stop right out front. Unit was clean and communication with owner was fantastic!

Snowboard trip!

Vrbo was awesome everything was brand new very clean perfect location in winter park close to good restaurants We used public transportation to and from the winter park and there is a spot right out side! Highly recommend also Property manager is a sweet heart and super helpful! Also snowed 2 feet while we stayed!

Great property and location

Jessica was a wonderful host. The property was perfectly located to Winter Park Resort, dining and shopping! We did not use the LIFT transportation system but it was just located right outside the door. The property was so clean and had everything we needed!

Perfection in the heart of Winter Park

We stayed at the condo for the Blues at the Top Festival. Plenty to do in town in the morning and listening to great music in the evening. Condo is located in the heart of Winter Park. The bus stop to the slopes is located right out front. Don’t forget to grab some Asian Inspired Fish Tacos from Pepe Osaka’s across the street.

Great spot

Overall, we had a great weekend. The condo is lovely and cozy. And the hosts were very responsive which was lucky as we had a few problems when we arrived. The management company had not turned on the heat and a fire alarm was beeping. The other thing I would mention is that the two twins noted above are actually air mattresses. The couch is very comfy too. The whole place was wonderful and so convenient.

Accurate

Everything in the area was under construction - so an early 0600 wake up came every morning. Otherwise, condo was just as the pictures shown. Beautiful, good location to everything. I reached out to the owner to ask regarding the temp of the place- it was 80. Only windows and fans were options. Also to let her know her freezer door handle was broken. She did respond immediately tho. Great little stop for us- it would be awesome in winter.

Great Location in Winter Park

Condo is right on main street and next to bus stop, so you have easy access to the resort and are walking distance to all of the town of Winter Park. In the summer, you'll want to have windows open to cool down but the main street traffic is quite loud. With the windows closed it isn't noticeable at all. The condo is a new unit and has all the modern amenities you would expect. Parking this summer was a bit of a mess given there are additional condos being constructed next door, so workers were using up a lot of the spots. This should be a very short-term issue and we had no issues finding a spot to park two vehicles while staying. Our host was super friendly and easy to communicate with and we really appreciate that when renting.

Fantastic facility and location

This place had it all. Roomy, great location, new, clean, stocked with everything needed. The only things to be aware of is: a) it’s located on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs b) it’s facing Main Street so there’s some road noise for those light sleepers out there. However, these items are way picky. This place is definitely one to rebook next time we visit Winter Park!

Hip vibe close to everything

We loved all the attention to detail! It was lovely and decorated to the hilt! Cozy living room and kitchen to name a few. Conveniently located. Super easy access to the bus. (The only down side was the noise of main street in the guest room.) Had everything we could have dreamed of, including heated floors. We will definitely be back!

Labor Day weekend in 2021

Great location, we went to Solshine which was right across the street . , brand new building . Right on the main drag so a little loud, but not too bad .

The place is ADORABLE! I even had warm bathroom floors.

I would absolutely recommend this place! I loved the location. It was accessible to many restaurants, skiing using the lift bus system and the place was ADORABLE with heat on the bathroom floor :)
