Newly renovated Winter Park condo on the Fraser River

Our newly remodeled Winter Park condo sits on the Fraser River, 1 block from Main Street with easy access to the free Ski bus line.

2 bedroom, 1and 1/4 bath condo with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bunk bed. This unit sleeps 5 and has a full kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor grill.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. There will be a $200 per night fine if guests bring pets for their stay or smoke in the unit.

Our ground floor condo has easy access to the fully equipped Rec center that includes an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, pool table, locker rooms and kids indoor play area.

Condo is walking distance to Fraser Trail, Rendezvous Trailhead, Headwaters event center, fishing river/pond, movie theater/ bowling alley, grocery store, restaurants, distillery, and brewery.


INCREDIBLE LOCATION ON THE FRASER RIVER....park your car and shuttle to the base of Winter Park Ski Resort or any location downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping.

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo is very comfortable and cozy and is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The hot tub and rec center are a nice bonus after a long day of skiing, there is easy access to the ski resort, and the hosts are very responsive.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this beautiful little condo for New years Eve and I can not say enough great things about it. First off, the location was amazing!! Walking distance to the bowling alley, restaurants, Main Street and not to mention the free public transportation (the lift) literally picked up right outside the building! Once we parked the car at arrival we did not need to use it once until we left. The condo had everything we needed! We never got to check out the clubhouse simply because we were busy doing other things. The hosts were very quick to respond if we needed anything and we would totally come back again! My only critique would be that the beds were very very hard but everything else was amazing!

Very comfortable and cozy condo.

Nice and clean. Right on river with plenty of green space and trails. Kitchen full of pots and pans. Mattress in both bedrooms very comfortable. Peaceful and quiet.

July 4th hiking

This is our second time staying at this place. The reason we like staying here is because of the Fraser River that is just outside the front door. And it’s close to downtown Winter Park. The place is clean and cozy.

Great budget option near Winter Park

Spent a weekend crashing here while the lads mountain biked. It’s nicely renovated, though note that “washer and dryer” are not on property but rather in the (included) rec center nearby. Nicely located backing up to a river and a few blocks from the best coffee place in the area. Beds were cozy and kitchen, though a tight fit, well equipped.

Perfect vacation condo

The condo was just as described, beautifully and tastefully renovated. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The clubhouse with pool and hot tubs was also very nice. The shuttle stopped right in front of the building. The property owners provided detailed information and were very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice space and great location

I enjoyed my stay at this great condo. It had everything i needed and then some. I used the master bedroom and the bed was so comfortable. I'm mentioning how soft the towels were because in most places, they are like sandpaper. It was great having a fire one night. I would definitely stay here again.It was also close to everything. Cheers
