Great spacious place to stay. Excellent place to be in town when you need to be close to family. I enjoy staying here every time I am in town from California. The beds are comfortable. There are clean comfy towels and toiletries in all bathrooms and a great welcoming basket. WiFi works great. Lots of seating. Ceiling Fans, Heater and Mini Splits are a plus!

Fishing getaway

Fantastic property close to where we were meeting our fishing guide. This place is a gem tucked on the square in Osceola. Would absolutely stay here again

This apartment is absolutely wonderful. It is true to the picture. (We rented both A & B.) Also, this is our second time staying here. It is a quite area & even though there is a Mexican restaurant located under the apartment, it is still quite. The food is delicious & they aim to please.Kerrie is a wonderful host.Only one thing to know...there are several steps going up to the apartment but we are in our 70's & it was not an issue. Thank you again Kerrie for allowing us to stay at your wonderful place.

In town for deer hunting. Great place to stay, w furnished kitchen. The steps will deff give you a workout, but worth it. Will be back again!

Great find in Oseola, MO!

Easily accommodates 4 adults. Very spacious. Great location, close to Truman Lake and Scout Camp. Plenty of parking. Full kitchen well-stocked bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Loved this vacation rental.

Kellie's place The Chestnut was the perfect place for us to stay in Osceola. Right on the town square and above a good restaurant. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and well outfitted and Kellie was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

This property was very spacious and cleanliness was exceptional! Host was VERY responsive with all communications. Extremely nice place to have a getaway, to see the local scenery or to get out and explore the countryside!

The apartment was just as described and will be our new to go place when we go to Missouri to visit family. Was concerned about it being located above a restaurant but even though the restaurant was busy we weren't able to hear them.

Awesome Place!

I would definitely recommend this place. Given how old the building is, I was a little worried about musty odors, but there were none at all. The place was very clean and there was a lot of space, which was great. The only item I overlooked was the building's staircase leading to the second floor. There were a lot of steps! My 81-year-old stepmother was with me, and it was a bit of a challenge but other than that it was GREAT!

Great Place to Stay

The place was very clean, fresh and roomy. There were 2 ac/heats so the place cooled down very fast on the very hot summer day we were there. Shower had great water pressure. Beds were comfortable which is a plus! The owner was great to work with and communicated in a timely manner.

Spotless and cute

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for our family of four. Super clean, had all the needed amenities. Only complaints would be master bedroom sleep related: the squeakiness of the box spring and the fan, and the pillows. A variety might allow different types of sleepers find the firmness they need.
