Lovely apartment. It was very clean & true to the photo. (We rented both A & B.) The address pulls right up on GPS. This was our second time staying at this location & we would definitely stay again. Also Kerrie is a great host.

Very well managed and great location

We went to Osceola to visit family and the Chestnut apartment was perfect for us. It had everything that we needed and Kerrie even helped us with a pack and play for our toddler. Super recommend it.

Osceola modern and quaint

A clean well supplied one bedroom apartment. One should be aware of the step steps entering. The Mexican restaurant next door is among the best in the area.

Osceola Retreat

Very nice lodging on the square in Osceola Mo. I grew up here and love to visit my hometown. Prior to this lodging there weren’t any real options of a nice place to rent. Chestnut now offers a great place to stay right on the square at a very reasonable rate.

A wonderful place to stay

While visiting family in Osceola, I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful and well appointed apartment. The owners have done a wonderful job of remodeling and decorating the apartment. From the kitchen to the bathroom, I found everything I needed there to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. On my next visit back to Missouri, I will definitely hope the apartment is available again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Osceola Missouri

This is our second stay at this location and we weren't disappointed. If the owners decide to change anything, another railing should be added to the steep staircase going up and down, in and out of the apartments. Also, the shower/tub is very deep and hard to get in and out. Maybe add safety grab bars. It was very clean and the noise from the Mexican restaurant didn't bother us. In fact, we had dinner there and the service and food were excellent!!

Wonderful stay

We were very happy to stay at The Chestnut. The pictures were accurate & Kerrie responded quickly when I had a question before coming. We were in Apartment B & our friends were in Apt A. I had broken my foot about a week before we went & I was so glad my husband decided to go...It wasn't a problem but there are approximately 26 steps to go up....but well worth it. The Mexican Restaurant below the apartment has wonderful food. Also, it isn't open late so there wasn't a problem with noise. When we go back to Osceola next year, we would definitely stay there again. were in Apt A but Apt Icgreat to respond quickly when

My husband and I have stayed here twice. It’s freshly remodeled and super clean. Hosts are very responsive. Zero complaints. We will return.

Great place!

Beautiful rental. We felt right at home. Bathroom and bedroom were airy and comfortable. We enjoyed the place while visiting family in the area. We traveled from Los Angeles and the directions were easy to follow from the airport. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. We highly recommended staying here when you are in town. We were 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 7.

Visiting family in Clinton

Great space for us to combine a getaway with spending a long weekend with our son, daughter in law and 3 grandkids who live in Clinton. Clean and nicely appointed. Very nice use of a historic bldg. We will be back!

Sweet Little Apartment!

This property is nicely decorated and equipped with the basic kitchen items. The host is very communicative and left snacks and menus for local places. The town is very quiet. We had a lovely stay!
