This home rests on an acre of land, where you will find plenty of space for a big family or a large group of up to 12 people. Our Mountain home serves as a great home perfect for your incredible Maggie Valley Adventure! This property is 0.2 miles away from the town of Maggy Valley, it is definitely within walking distance to the town.
Enjoy spectacular mountain view, perfect base camp for your unforgettable summer and winter adventure to this Valley.
Because this house is located on the mountain, it is recommended not to drive in oversized vehicles such as RVs or trailers, especially in rainy or snowy weather conditions.
There are two wall A/C units in the house and two mini splits that will keep the house very cool during the summer and warm during the winter.
This property is within walking distance from Maggie Valley’s main attractions. ​Enjoy shopping, great food, live music, skiing, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, hiking trails, horseback riding, mountain train ride, downhill mountain biking, and much more. You could experience all the small-town mountain vibe people talk about.

Please turn on the water heated switch (it's labeled) at the main electrical panel located next to the bed in the bedroom on the first floor when you arrive and turn it off before leaving.

I only heard from the host 1x. I texted, called and I believe emailed him a number of times with questions but never received a response. The house itself was nice, big enough and close to the ski slopes. The driveway was as stated very steep. The binder had attractions and restaurants not info on in the house questions. I was very bothered in the lack of response.

Cool cabin!!

Cool cabin, a little older, but that was fine with us. The hot and cold water lines are backward, so the toilets fill with hot water and all the faucets are backwards. Lets talk about the driveway, it is no joke. We were there for a car show for the weekend, and had two large tow vehicles that we barely got up the road. One of the trucks had to do three point turns just to get up the road. The property description should point this out.

Arrived at check in time and the unit was not cleaned from the previous occupants. Attempted contact with host which went unanswered for several attempts. Made contact with VRBO direct who also attempted to contact host. The host never replied but I did get a call from, the owner, who apologized and promised to get a cleaner out to clean the unit. He also stated he would make it right for the inconvenience, and promised to email me. We had been on the road with family for nearly 10 hours and only wanted to relax. We ended up being over 3 hours late getting to check in with no place to go while the unit was being cleaned. Once we checked it, it was very obvious it was a very quick clean job as the home was still dirty and had no toilet paper, which resulted in yet another trip out to find a store after being exhausted. Since the owner had said he would contact me by email to “make it right” we just unpacked and tried to rest after a very long day. The home is older and needs updates, but cleaned up right it’s not a terrible property, the drive is a little steep but is manageable if you’ve driven in the mountains before. Overall, the stay could have been better if the owner would have followed through or at least made further contact to check on us, but I’ve yet to hear back from him, nor has the host responded at all. That disappoints me as I’ve never had to leave a negative review. Customer service was not to the standard I would expect from a VRBO Property.

Nice house. Very roomy and very clean.

The road to the house is a little tough but the house itself is very nice. It has a ton of space. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family there which ended up being about 30 people and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. There is also a lot of porch and deck space. We had a great experience! We would definitely rent it again!

Our stay was great except for the driveway leading up to the house. The house was wonderful but it was not a motorcycle friendly driveway.

Great stay in maggie valley!

We had a great time! The cabin was great and roomy! The a/c in the cabin will run you out they will get so cold! The road to the cabin was a little scary for a first timer lop no biggie for my dad tho he was use to it. It fit all 9 of us in there very comfortably.

Great experience

First time in Maggie Valley and the cabin was amazing with an amazing view from the porch. Very quiet. Cabin had everything we needed. Me and my family had a wonderful time. I would recommend this cabin to others.
